Whelen WPS-2806 - Attack/Wail + Ambiance | La Plata, MD

This siren is on private property in the distance, so I had to park at this private school and go into the field right next to the school and film the siren. at about 9:58 am, a worker from the La Plata Waste Water Treatment Plant drove right past me and waved. I thought it was just him saying hi. Later on, the siren goes off, and right as the siren went off, we drove to me and told me "Your filming the siren over there right?" He probably asked me this to make sure im not filming anything that is associated with the Treatment Plant. I said "Yes I am, is that a problem?" (I didn't say that in a rude way btw). He says "Yeah no problem at all". So real thanks to the worker for being nice and calm.
Another thing that cought me by suprise, was when the siren went off in fast wail. If you don't know, La Plata used to test in fast wail about 4-5 years ago (I'm pretty sure). But then they switched to normal 1 minute alert later on. So when it went off in Fast wail I was really suprised, you can actually hear me say "It's going off in fast wail!" at the start of the video.
Also, I apolagize for the scanner noise. I put in the Charles County fire dispatch because I didn't know what the frequincy to the 911 CC was. also i tried a siren in VA and it sounded so bad to the point where i decided to not post it

not sure, The 911 CC activates the siren but I am unaware of what frequincy it is. These sirens are activated by DTMF though.
