    Another strange thing was that the officer who owned the house where this happened, didn’t even come outside when a dead body of a friend was found in his front yard. All the first responders there, two phone calls made to the house and the homeowners stayed inside 🤔

      @lydialutz Před 5 měsíci +11

      wait, I've heard most of that, but what are the two phone calls to the house? Who called the house?
      I've often thought that was one of the craziest facts of the case, that nobody came out of the Alberts home, and even Jen McCabe, who was outside with Karen but had been previously in the house, stood outside and didn't call anyone from the house to come out.
      They could have had police officers from inside the house performing CPR or securing the scene or offering aid before help from the 9-1-1 call even arrived!

    • @lynda0814
      @lynda0814 Před 5 měsíci +13

      @lydialutz and to add to that question, the owners of the house were Brian & Nicole Albert, Jen McCabes, sister & brother in law. Why wouldn't she run in the house to check on them & their kids? This case is full of soooo many questions, twists, turns & lies. Officer John O'Keefe deserves better. Karen Read & her family deserve better. Officer John O'Keefes' niece & nephew deserve sooooo much more, those poor kids

    This judge seems hinky. She should recuse herself but refuses. The judge was moved to civil court but kept this case.? Why?

    • @technigeneric
      @technigeneric Před 5 měsíci +14

      Exactly. Judges are supposed to recuse themselves if there is even a possibility of APPEARING partial to a case. One of the alleged co-conspirator's brothers threated to bury a journalist at the judges vacation home (a vacation home he correctly identified) for reporting on the story. Then in the judge's response to the motion to dismiss, she referred to one of the Alberts in this case, a family she claimed to not know at all. However, only Brian and Kevin Albert have been mentioned in this case yet she correctly mistook one of said brothers as Tim, the actual brother not mentioned in this case once. Hinky is an understatement.

    There are so many layers to this case it’s crazy. But don’t forget, they also framed the journalist that exposed them as well. They locked him up for 60 days after they got an angry ex to say he assaulted her, the assault was that she fell back onto her couch 🤨. The charges were dropped the day he got out of jail, but she still had the restraining order against him. Then he showed up to the next Karen Read hearing, as he always does and she magically shows up (for the first time ever) after he’s already sitting in the courtroom. He sees her and leaves immediately. They file charges that he violated the order and try to put him back in jail, this time for 120 days. THANKFULLY he had 2 cops as witnesses and they testified that he left the area. Judge ruled that he didn’t violate the order. But then you also have who we refer to as “The Canton 9”. 9 regular citizens protesting on a sidewalk one weekend morning. Just standing there holding signs…they were followed and had their plates run and sent summonses for witness intimidation. They went before a magistrate and were told it would be 1-2 weeks before a decision was made. It’s been MONTHS! These corrupt cops are trying to intimidate us! Trying to stop us from protesting. Now the prosecutor is asking the judge to rule on a motion for a 500ft buffer zone around the courthouse. This is not okay! The feds need to hold these tyrants accountable. But thank you so much for talking about this case. I’m so glad that it’s starting to get the attention it deserves.

      If you watch turtle boy the way he talks about women even Karen what was that oh yes C_NTS is kinda gross. He’s turned out to be an embarrassment for Karen. They don’t even talk to him anymore and that says a lot.
      All we are hearing is his version of what happened in the past with his girlfriend. If you ever go through what she had reporting it etc. you’d know NO ONE would go through that for fun, unless they are certifiable. And that’s what EVERY man says when they get hit with DV charges. “She’s crazy” “she was jealous” etc etc EVERY SINGLE ONE !!! I believe victims. And after watching him seeing his behaviour, actions he fits the MOLD!! Don’t just believe what people online always say and think for yourself. Things will never change in this world wide epidemic of violence against women, unless we do. Be a Pickme girl, up to you but not this girl.

      @@AMYV3 Karen’s team isn’t talking to *anyone* not just Turtleboy.
      TB is crude & offensive, no doubt. But he brings receipts.
      There’s a reason the Commonwealth dropped the DV charge. His victim has huge credibility issues. The CW’s actions wrt TB have been extremely shady & it’s clear that they have been exploiting the accuser to get at TB, which also detracts from her credibility.
      She’ll have her day in court soon. I don’t think she’ll prevail because the evidence that she made false allegations against TB is pretty strong.
      Even I’m wrong about that outcome though, none of it has anything to do with TB’s reporting on the Karen Read case.

    Cover up
    She hit o’keefe’s car pulling out of garage to look for him. You can see her hit and move his parked car. And I broken headlight as she drives away. But what proves she’s innocent. The sister in law at the house and later looking for John with Karen had a search at 2:something am long after Karen dropped him off and while Karen is at home sleeping searches “how long to die in cold”” That there proves this is a cover up etc.

      Broken headlight??? Jen McCabe testified she saw a cracked, not broken, taillight. Jen McCabe is the one who did the google search and she wasn't in the house per the testimony. Karen was standing next to Jen when google was searched per the testimony. Perhaps you should watch the actual trial to get clarification.

Apparently when there was only an inch of snow when the body was found, police and investigators didn't find any tail light fragments. But later when detective tail light Whisperer came out and there was then a foot of snow, he finds a tail light fragments on the top of the snow. And then I believe I heard that he returned a second time and found more fragments.

    Don’t forget blood was collected at the scene and put into red solo cups, and the red solo cups were put into a stop and shop grocery bag. The cups were left, uncovered. The whole kit and caboodle was then left beside the so-called murder weapon, which was the car, which had a dirty rag hanging from it. Said evidence was not immediately put in to the temporary evidence locker. And snow was blown off at the scene by one of the officers own leaf blower. Oh yes, these were the keystone cops.

    The conspiracy / incompetence goes so much deeper than most people imagine. As I understand it, it wasn't police, and it wasn't even investigators that track it down the snow plow operator, it was an investigative reporter. This particular investigative reporter was turning up various evidence and pointing out inconsistencies, and so the police in persecutors decided to throw him in jail to shut him up.
