4 Police vehicles, 2 Ambulances, 1 Fire Engine, all with Flashing lights, Radios Squawking, EMTs doing CPR on a dying man on the lawn, Karen Read screaming her head off…
All happening on Brian Albert’s front lawn & he never comes out to inquire.
Not only that, every police officer on the scene knew Albert. Knew he was a Boston Cop & not one of them thought to knock on his door & ask….” Morning Brian, sorry to bother you at this early hour but there’s a dead police officer on your front lawn. Would you happen to know him ? Any chance he was at your after hours party last night ?

It doesn't appear any of the neighbors popped their heads out. The police cars and ambulances weren't running their sirens, some of the police cars did not have lights on, and by all accounts it was very windy and snowy, which can block out both the noise as well as any flashing lights.
We've even seen and heard the scene from inside the dash cams of police cars that were literally right there, and you can't actually hear much. We can all only use our own judgment, but imho, it doesn't seem that odd to me that they would have stayed asleep, especially considering they were up drinking late the night before and it was like 6 am.
As far as claiming no one went to the house to ask them anything, that's simply not true. They did.

She was definitely hiding the extent (whatever that may have been) of that relationship.

There are a lot of pix. From high school track teammmates., 2016 a 4th of July part on beach down the cape in bathing suits. 2021 a baby shower pictured together and hot tub pix next to each other and others but these are what i have seen. Judge would not let jury see them or admit into evidence. He claims they did not really know each other but clearly they did and we’re close friends. So that is perjury.

@@kristenpino4635 you can - Change of Venue: In certain circumstances, a defendant may request a change of venue due to concerns about pretrial publicity or the impartiality of the local community. The court may grant such a request if it determines that holding the trial in a different location would better serve the interests of justice.
Federal Jurisdiction: Some crimes fall under federal jurisdiction rather than state jurisdiction. In such cases, the trial would be held in a federal court, which may or may not be located in the same state where the crime occurred. Federal courts have jurisdiction over cases involving federal offenses, crimes that occur on federal property, crimes that cross state lines, and certain other types of cases.
Extradition: If a defendant is accused of a crime in one state but is arrested in another state, extradition procedures may be initiated to transfer the defendant to the state where the charges are pending. Once extradited, the defendant would typically be tried in the jurisdiction where the alleged crime occurred.
