That's why I decided work in the kitchen at McDonald's because I know a crazy customer would come now and then but since I work at a McDonald's downtown I had crazy people come in to the restaurant on a daily basis
I rarely ever do drive-thrus as I can hardly ever hear them and they can hardly ever hear me (especially if there's a busy street nearby). I'd rather go in and make sure that I get exactly what I want. I could never understand why people love them so much. Is it that hard to park and walk in the store?
"Always treat well the people who handle your food" Also, complaining about prices is ridiculous. I'd tell them you can cook this food yourself for 90% cheaper, but you *chose* to come here and buy it from us. That's on you, sir.
Anymore I'm just happy when there is a real person taking the orders. More and more places now have a robot (AI) voice take the order and it's a total mess!
