    INGREDIENTS (makes 6 bombs):
    - 2 cups couverture dark chocolate (ex. Valrhona/Cacaobarry) for melting
    - 1 cup for tempering (temper 1/2 cup first, add more if necessary to bring down to 29-30C)
    - 3 candy canes, crushed
    - optional: tempered white chocolate (dye half red with red cocoa butter coloring)
    TO FILL EACH BOMB:
    - 1 tbsp granulated sugar
    - 1/2 tbsp instant espresso powder
    - 1 tbsp crushed candy cane
    - 2 tbsp mini marshmallows
