I have a frigidaire convertable fridge/freezer that stop working removed the control board and plug it back in, the fridge start to work but the touch pad in the front didn't turn on. I order and installed a new control board it won't even turn on the anything on the fridge, replaced it with another board still thesame thing. But the fridge will run when I plug the old board in without securing it inplace. What do you think?.

I have a Frigidaire professional like the one in the video the control board fried if I buy a new control board and plug it back in what are the chances of the new ones flying out I’m trying to figure out if I should just cut my losses and get another one or order a control board I found for $116 I don’t want it to fry again after I change it out though what could be the cause of the control board flying out again?
