How to Make a Sheepskin Bucket Hat, Cowboy Hat, Fur Tri Corner Hat, Shearling Hat Pattern & Tutorial

Make a sheepskin hat in a day with this fur hat tutorial, with easy to follow leathercraft kit patterns. This bucket hat pattern may be styled in several ways. Make it into a sheepskin cowboy hat, bucket hat, a tri corner hat, or use one of the three different length brims to create your own style.

How would I rain protect such leather? I live in Ireland where it is often cold and VERY wet...

I usually treat my stuff with fiebings spray. However, I bet snow seal, or something like what sailors seal their canvas with could work.
