  • Two dry aged steak experiments in one video. Pumpkin spice beef tenderloin and tequila lime New York strip steaks. Gordon Ramsay already roasted the short form video of the pumpkin spice dry age. First long form in over a year, it can only get better from here... Appreciate you all!

My hat’s off to you; I don’t know how you do all that cooking and filming out in the cold like that! I’m sure the tequila helps though… Keep up the great work, Chef!

Lol, I really don't hope that you are a real cook brother :D Joke. I am writing this comment after watching the video with the dried-meat you had forgotten for a whole year, lol. Let me give you a solid advice on the dried meat. We Afghans have done it for centuries, and from the time of the mongols. First of all you never leave the meat in a closed space. It must always be left outside in fresh air. Unless you want "Smoked Meat". But even with Smoked-Meat, the meat must always be left inside a very large chamber with lots of free space and air inside. Your meat had become completely toxic and uneatable. I can't even say "decomposed", because you can actually still eat decomposed meat and not get sick.... But back to "Dry Meat". We afghans call it "Goshte Qaaq" or "Gosht Qaaq" and its considered a delicacy in Afghanistan. Its also one of the most expensive meats in the Afghanistan. This is why most families dry it themselves. But after you "Dry the Meat" it has to be cooked in a specific way. There are many ways you can cook/prepare it. But one thing you NEVER DO is to cook it like a steak lol (Btw, depending how the meat was dried/smoked. In most cases you don't cook it like a steak). That ruins the meat, taste and smell that it has developed over the months. For more please google "Gosh Qaaq". Thanks.
