This is really interesting. I understand that many people are offend or disgusting by her art. However, what she has done is recycle what would have been turned to waste. Of which allows the state to allocate the tax revenue that would have been spent to clean up the roadkill in other areas.
jrDNis Why are dead animal bodies waste? Other living animals (and plants) need them to survive... If we just pick them all up and paint them, nature wouldnt be pleased.
@@TheBuzzBentzer I'm pretty sure some mountain cougar whould have descended on the highway to pick up that particular racoon. Smh, you all need to realise, not everything that dies ends up as a sustainment, most of them become trash cleaned by the highway cleaning programs, some of them become soap or oils, and even less become..well, art.

It may be unconventional and slightly off-putting at first glance, but once you take the time too look at it....I find it quite intriguing! Really like her work and her Instagram is awesome as well!

Ha. I love it! This is something that I thought about doing probably about five or six years ago. Never did it… But I definitely thought about how bad ass it would be.
I do have a whole bunch of different sacred medicine/animal parts from indigenous peoples. I would obviously 🙄 never use those.
But how amazing and just special they are, is what gave me the thought. I am glad she is doing this.

I use to pick up bones and stuff, and if is possible take some corpses to home to bury them and wait to take the bones, then i use them to make some jewlery or something else, its cool to know others in somewhere do thinks like that.

With everyone's comments, i suspect she will be competing for roadkill now. Roadkill is best composted or burnt to dust to respect the animal, not processed and piecing many animals together and spraying them with glitter. Ed Gein did similar things before skinning dead people, so nope, nothing wrong with this picture at all...

It's orrible. May be It's better a dress with your bones!
So basically just gold-sprayed bones out of random dead animals... boring. The motivation for the art seems to be just to shock people (and make money off of it somehow), thats why the theme of her work IS her name... to sell herself (like she taught "herself" everything from CZcams!) as good as possible. No message -> no art.
Not all art needs reason, your lookig past the idea, its just her passion, like how i want to clean bones and put them around my house, i have a weird fasination for things like skulls
