Artist Makes Portraits On Glass With Just A Hammer

  • Simon Berger is an artist who works with a hammer and glass. He has figured out a way to crack the glass so precisely that it creates an image of a face. It’s a delicate process that has taken him three years of trial and error to get right. Sometimes it takes him one try, but other times it can take him five. And an expensive series of mishaps could cost hundreds of Swiss francs. One wrong hit, and he’ll have to start all over again.

In defence of the $20 million white canvas: _art is subjective. The white painting is quite abstract in that it evokes a myriad of emotions, each unique to every individual. In your case, it's hate and disgust! And it's just as valid an emotion and perspective as that of those who find it attractive and meaningful! As for why your white canvas can't sell for as much as the ones that have already been sold at such exhorbitant prices, the answer is quite simple!_ *You Shoulda done it sooner*
For those who think I'm speaking in favor of the birdshit art, I'm not. HAH! Look at that! Another valid perspective. Art made of shit from birds. No, even THAT would probably have more merit and objective worth than just white paint smeared "evenly" across the canvas!
Is what I would say had I really been a hater.
Fortunately, I'm not a sore loser like YOU, reader!
