I want say its a bad scooter but their customer service is lousy i bought one last month and after 6 days the brakes did not work and i contacted cs and the wanted a copy of the receipt i sent it and they wanted a video showing the problem i told them i couldn't ride it with the brakes being faulty after that they said they couldn't cover it so after i figure out what to do to fix it i will order the part and sell it.They sold me a defective product but wont cover the warranty.
