Summary from a Reddit post: “Judge last week… Ms. Owens sent an email… the email’s contents are horrific. Ms. Owens accused me and Mr. Gillespie of r*ping her.”
Attorney then asks if it will be part of the record.
Judge says it’s not appropriate so she directed to advise the plaintiff with a copy to counsel telling her that the ex parte communication was not permitted.
She reminds all parties not to contact the judge in that way.
