I'm at stage 5 kidney disease. I try to look at all labels for potassium and sodium. Trying to reverse my kidney disease.
I've been told, Pak Choi is good for kidneys, I eat it with a salad 2 or 3 times a week. Good luck !!

I'm on dialysis. There's nothing enjoyable about the diet with additional potassium restrictions. It was bad enough without potassium restrictions.
