Getting ready to lay a concrete floor. Laying the dampproof membrane and insulation.

A little video of the work that happens before concrete is poured. This video shows me laying out and trimming the polythene dampproof membrane then installing insulation. Also I am trying out a different way of setting up the timber runners ready for the concrete to be poured.
I already had a concrete subbase down but this could also be a compacted hardcore with a sand binder on top to prevent any punctures through the polythene membrane.
