@@unseriousliving7635 Pool is a tough game to get into, because the slate tables are thousands of dollars, even used. Pool halls are expensive now - 15 bucks an hour. The tables cost a lot to transport and set up. But you know all this, and it's probably why you did this MDF table video. Thanks
Great video. Thanks so much! Was curious about something. I definitely want an 8 or 9 footer but don’t have the space. Since it’s a 7 does it feel like a “true” play experience or is there a sense at all of playing on a toy or something similar?
@@Praw-Too-Ehleem we have regular gatherings and play for the win. I have to admit, I’m pretty impressed with the table considering the lower price end. Lots of fun. I feel I have gotten my $850 out of it in my first year of entertainment
@unseriousliving7635 do you play at pool halls much? I'm just thinking the play has to be a lot slower than a quality slate table, with quality cloth and bumpers. That you would play on at a pool haul. Since I play regularly at a pool haul, I can only imagine this table would annoy me with how much slower it would be.
The table rolls great but there is a difference as compared to a slate top table. The manufacturer recommends a 13x13 I believe. You could also use shorter cues if a smaller room if needed.
Thanks for doing this review. I had a terrible time finding reviews of any tables like this.
Yeah it was nearly impossible lol. Glad it helped!
Your review is awesome man, I just bought this pool table cause of your review cheers bud
That’s awesome to hear! Thanks so much! You’ll have to post your thoughts on yours!
Can you give an update on your experience with your pool table? Can you give an update on your experience with your pool table?
I have had one year and it still plays good as new. I even moved and set up at another location and hittin the money.
The booming hollow sound alone rules this table out for me. Needs some insulation or something.
Completely understand and nice observation! It’s solid mdf but slate is always best. But, for the price, it does a great job!

7ft is true play experience lol. Pros play on 7ft too.
I wanted an 8’ as well but space restrictions too. I play tournaments on this table regularly
@@unseriousliving7635 you play tournaments on this table? What kind of tournaments, local neighborhood tournament lol?

`Thanks for the video. But, 2004 called, they want their portrait mode back.
I’m old school, what can I say?! lol I gave that one away btw for the record lol
Is it 7ft x 4 ft ?? ... what is cue stick length ?? ... what u recommend for 16ft x 13 ft room ?
Yes it’s 7x4 table. 13x16 should work. The cue I use is 57” 13mm. The cues that come with it arnt great so I bought a better one
Cloth looks a little slow but the table looks solid. What minimal size room could I get away with for this table?

Thanks for the reply 👍
You can carefully iron the felt to speed it up
