Need help with your pool mental game? Here are eight lessons I learned the hard way starting out in pool league:
0:00-0:45 Intro
0:46-2:09 How an unsound mental game shows itself
2:10-3:05 1.Play the table, not your opponent
3:06-5:08 2. Play in your own time
5:09-5:53 3. The game exists in a vacuum
5:54-7:22 4. Don't get f---ed up
7:23-7:56 5. Don't get hungry
7:57-9:26 6. Don't put the game on a pedestal
9:27-10:56 7. Be a good teammate, be a good opponent
10:57-12:16 8. Have a plan for when things go awry

My mental game really sucks. Because I get angry and blame everything on myself. Also when I'm hungry I try not to think about it that much or worse when you have a stomach ache that one hits different 😂😅

For me it's just super hard to focus when playing my friends well because they are my friends lol 😂😅. I need to fix this and I do plat at à place where it's super loud so trying to focus is not easy
