Great Video! Shogun 2 is definitely one of the greatest games based on the Sengoku period.
In-game, I can rush and kill Shingen before his second army arrives. It would be a substantial blow to their morale, and the second army would be easier to deal with xD

This historical battle is super easy to win in the game. All you need to do is to send Yari Ashigaru to engage the enemy and then send cavalry through the gap to kill Takeda Shingen. Once he retreats, all the Ashigaru units lose morale and collapse quickly.
That first cavalry charge into spears made me cringe so hard...

Fun fact is, Takeda suffer heavy loses, but still won, so Uesugi army retreated
I don't really understood why in some Shogun battles devs can't make it historical accurate..

ちなみに上杉謙信は上杉YOZANの御先祖です
厳密に言うと上杉景勝になります謙信は独身でいたので跡継ぎは養子の景勝になりました
上杉景勝は上杉謙信の姉である仙桃院の子なので、上杉謙信の甥です。後に独身の謙信の養子になりました。
my tactics at this battle work this way.
1. when it starts. i will send my matchlock monks to Ashigaru waiting for cavalry to fight
2. I send General behind my warriors (Such as Katana Samurai)
3. when Takeda Troops cross the river, i will send my forces back to my army and send less tired and more powerful units against them,
4. when main army attacks, i use cavalry against archers and i will hide my archers behind my warriors
5. When Takeda Troops that crossed river are running, i will send those who defeated them to main battle.

I actually charged Uesugi Kenshin to Takeda Shingen just to recreate the great legend of them clashing swords in the battlefield

This is breathtakingly inaccurate historywise but why let some wrong casualty numbers stand in the way of good anarchy and general lawlessness.

誰か 777 戦略的には川中島一帯を領土化してる武田の勝利 戦術的、歴史的には武田の重臣を多く討ち取り武田の越後侵入を防いだ上杉の勝利かな結果ほぼほぼ引き分けじゃね
誰か 777さん、 戦略、戦術は上杉軍が上しかも、霧の中の車ガカリの陣で交戦しているのにそこを描いていない、車ガカリの陣で交戦している所を描いていれば武田軍惨敗と描くはずです。

Hope you could make a battle Mongols vs Ukrainians in 1237. Kiev. 80,000 Ukrainians vs 20,000 Mongols. That battle was so horrible, all Kiev people were killed, Blood river blood lake can drown little kids to death!
There is mod in this period so I can try
First, there was no ukrainians in 1237. It was called Kievan Rus'. Second, siege of kiev happened in 1240. Third, Slavic principalities were heavily outnumbered by mongol empire. 4th 80 000 loses includes innocent civilians (city was plundered).
HydroKGB: 1237 was the first battle, 80,000 vs 20,000. 80,000 victims were all soldiers, But Kiev's end happened in 1240. 35,000 mongols and 40,000 Turks vs 50,000 Ukrainians, as the second biggest city in entire Europe she own 500,000 people, mongols killed all, victims were more than 500,000+. in 1237 mongols invaded Grand Duchy of Vladimir. The first battle you're talking about most likely was "Battle of the Kalka River". It happened on May 31, 1223 where mongols won over coalition of rus' principalitys and cumans.
