Nice video! Just bought a new Di2 12 tri-bike and this helped. Not really a fan of the full synchro shifting and want to switch to semi-synchro. Any idea how to change the front derailleur in semi or manual mode with only one button on each bar? Thanks

Glad you like the video. For the 12-speed, you can change the shifting profiles between 1/ manual, 2/ shift profile #1, 3/ and shift profile #2 by double-clicking the button on the rear derailleur. See here for details: bettershifting.com/12-speed-di2-new-user-guide/#rearderailleurbutton
