That is why she went back to help run the restaurant with Alfredo Linguine and Remy.
Colette is one of the rare fictional characters I truly emotionally connected to. Which is also a testament to everyone involved creating her, because it is clear everyone poured their love into her creation. And Janeane Garofalo's voice acting for Colette is a masterpiece.
I just love how Remy himself is learning from Colette’s advice at 1:49 shows how valuable of a character to the film and knowledgeable as a chef she is!
