When u lift, use the ribs or the U channel... lifting on floor board is an expensive repaid if its rusted!

OK, I've taken the 2 pistons out but I can't work out what to do with them....?
I'm not sure that the oil additive did much. The oil still looks very dirty after the oil change.
Maybe I should ask Motul if they can give me some of that additive for free so I can try it first.
