I was homeless in Roseburg Oregon for five and a half months and let me tell you it was the worst experience of my life you people do not help the homeless you might give them close in food and shelter in a mission that you only get four days free then you have to pay $5 or work 3 hours are you kidding me what freaking planet do you people live on
I hate this i have baseball games/practice up there and there's all sorts of trash broken cars in the parking lot and people smoking and cursing all over
freeze to death and die. THE CITY HAS BEEN SO GOOD AT MAKING SURE WE DON'T SURVIVE. IT'S GOING TO GET NASTY FOR THE CITY WITH THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO FOOD OR WAY TO STAY WARM. NO FIRES . IM AT THE COURT HOUSE RIGHT NOW FREEZING WITH MY DOG
and they leave out how they in the houses stalk and harass us homless we have been shot with pellet and paint balls.our dogs to yesterday i was shot at with a short arrow twice and it barely missed. now I am looking for a lawyer who is not afraid to take down roseburg and I have just about 100 other people who are homeless who want to sue with me. so if any LAWYERS GOT ANY GUTS. .ILL BE AT THE COURT HOUSE.
And not long ago someone got shot for stabbing another in a warming shelter. Many of the homeless people in roseburg make other feel unsafe with their insanity and violence. Others just make you wish you could help.. living off 940 a month is where I'm stuck/dialysis.. my step mother abandoned her family in Kansas to go be homeless in Portland and says the same.. getting g shot at things being set on fire... what do people honestly expect... if anyone in the group is causing trouble(this group being homeless) then it ruins it for everyone n now all homeless people have a bad name in general... I'm won't talk to or help anyone anymore with the number of people who grt mad when you offer food or scream at you and threaten you when walking on the same road with your eyes down don't even need to make eye contact. The worst recently was a guy asking me what I was and freaking out wanting to fight when I said I don't know what you mean.. thankfully someone else willingly distracted him and waved to get out of there... right outside the kolhagen where I lived on the first floor. People trying to open my window yelling for drugs/people I didn't know... sleeping in the hallway pissing and shitting in the elevator and basement/laundry room n Stealing laundry n sleeping sometimes in the laundry in the common space.. threatened by them if I didn't let them in at times. I feel for them because I grew up knowing what it was like to be homeless live in shelters.. been homeless as an adult too.... I called in the woods... not like people here on the edge of town or the road. I mean hike 2 miles.. 3..4 till you stop hearing horns... although that seems like a fire waiting to happen... it's going to get bad enough it's going to demand more of a solution... surprised there has not been more violence/death because of it.
bruh so petty you do realize they have no where to go or live so there just trying to make somewhere safe to sleep at by the water so they can also drink and clean if she was homeless she wouldn’t wish this on anyone
Sarah Blacks attitude is awful! I'm sure shes doing zero to help her unhoused neighbors... But keep calling the city , like they dont know there is an issue
I think they should move to the Mayor's neighborhood, they will be more welcomed.

I think having borders caused this problem.
She paying property taxes, she has a voice, she’s not polluting the water ways and littering the ground with human waste. So yes, she is contributing.
