Chili Garlic Wedges | Crispy potato Wedges Recipe | Easy Potato Snacks Recipe | Toasted
Ingredients :
Potato 3 medium size
Water
Soak for 30 mins & washed well
Boiling water
Boil for 5 mins
Let it cool down
Flour 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
Water 1/3 cup
Mix well
Boiled potatoes
Coat well
Fry until golden brown medium flame
Butter 1 tbsp
Garlic 3 cloves
Saute for 1 mins
Chili flakes 1 tsp
Coriander 2 tbsp
Potatoes
Mix well

We’ve divided this Chili Garlic Wedges recipe into two parts so that you and your partner can split the work and wedges, together. Plus, twice the chefs equals up to half the cooking time, too and that’s reason enough to make sure all your dishes are made by two! Two good not to be true, eh?*

Chef 1:
Ingredients:
3 medium-sized potatoes
Oil
Procedure:
Chef 1, you’re on potato duty! Peel 3 medium-sized potatoes and slice them into wedges.
Soak the slices in water for about 30 minutes and then wash them well.
Boil water in a pot and put the slices in it. Let it boil for 5 minutes. Once the potato slices are half-cooked, remove them from the water and let them cool down.
Place the potatoes into the batter made by Chef 2 and let them get completely coated.
Heat some oil in a pan and carefully place the wedges in the oil. Fry on medium flame until golden brown. Keep flipping and stirring. Remove the wedges and set them aside until Chef 2 is done with the garlic butter!
Chef 2:
Ingredients:
¼ cup flour
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp paprika powder
⅓ cup of water
1 tbsp butter
3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Chef 2, you’re on batter duty! In a bowl, mix the following: ¼ cup flour, ½ tsp oregano, ½ tsp paprika powder and salt to taste.
Add ⅓ cup of water to the bowl and mix well until it becomes a smooth batter. Hand this over to chef 1 for mixing and frying!
While Chef 1 fries the potatoes, you can get started on the chilli garlic mix. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan and add 3 cloves of chopped garlic. Saute for 1 minute and turn the flame off.
Add 1 tsp chilli flakes and 2 tbsp coriander leaves to the garlic butter. Mix well.
Finally, add the potato wedges fried by Chef 1 and mix them in the chilli garlic butter. Your wedges are ready!
