Today's recipe is Best Ever Chicken Drumstick Recipe | Spicy Chicken Drumstick | Toasted
Chicken drumstick 4 pieces
make cuts
Salt to taste
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Curd 1 tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Mix well
Marinate for 2 hours or over night
Oil 2 tbsp
Marinated chicken
Cook for 5 mins medium flame
Flip
Again cook for 5 mins
keep cooking & flipping until you get your desire color
Remaining masala
Water 1/2 cup
Cover
Cook for 5-7 mins

Crush the noodles while its still inside pkt (without cutting the pkt open). Thats what I do cause I find it very easy to mix and eat as well.
