My issue is connecting my mic i dont wannna connect to the box, i want it connected to the switch please help me
use a chat link cable whether its the elgato one or something else but you specifically want to make sure its a ground loop isolator cause if you dont it will have a loud buzz
@ItsMeJulious I have one that looks like a chat link, but think It's something else. That wouldn't come with a headphones I'm sure
The capture card does not show up in any of the streaming services
Are you on Mac or Windows? If on Windows, do you see it in the device manager? On Mac do you see it under the system report?

Hi mate, I have an iPad Pro, the elgato works on it but would this work on it do you know? I just want to record Xbox game play as the Xbox only records 5 minutes 🙈
