Does it need to use that blue USB cord specifically? I have an adapted apple cord with a USB end and newer Apple plug in end (in lieu of a dongle) but it doesn’t work. So do I need to specifically use the blue usb that came with it? In which case I would need the dongle

I just bought what I thought was the exact version of this card on Amazon, and it will only install as a USB 2.0 device on my computer. Doing some research it seems that some capture cards have USB 2.0 chips instead of stated USB 3.0. Buyer's beware, and as always YMMV.

this one is good for recording without input lag thanks to the extra output hdmi, with the simple usb video capture you had to play in your laptop and obs causes a delay on the video. So playing without a tv/monitor would ruin the experience

For some reason my output for the tv has stop working despite it still lighting up and I can't get it to work again, the input still works fine though

It don't support 1080p 60fps! it can handle only 720p with 60fps(with drops) and 1080p with max 30fps! For ps4 it's ok but for ps5 games better buy some elgato or avermedia grabber if you want 60fps full hd

@@ZombieN8YT I think it'll be enough for switch. Like I said if you set video to 720p you'll get 60fps with some occasionally drops but I think it's ok for Nintendo

I just had the same problem, its the pc.. the graphics card can carry it over, but if your pc is dog water it will not work
audio isnt being transmitted. any ideas
i cant seem to get mine working, first it cut off the top and bottom of my screen, and it wouldnt display the game, and i couldnt hear the audio, and it didnt pick up my mic :(

OK, this guy makes zero sense but I figured it out. Basically, you’re gonna have to reattach the HDMI cables that come from your TV and your Xbox. Detach the HDMI to your TV that comes from your Xbox and instead put that in the Input port. Take a second HDMI cable and attach the back to the outport and the other end to the HDMI port on your TV. It should work!
I think I got scammed because mine says USB3
Good for HD. 4K capture is not smooth, it stutters, and works at 30fps only, in reality, not useful.
You are an ignorant guy, it all depends on your pc, a 800 dollar pc will be able to record 4k with no drops
