ROVAN BAJA 5B 305AS is a noisy yet interesting gas powered RC vehicle!
It is enormous for sure but, unfortunately can be operated in snowy areas only like Canada!
In central India here, there is not even a single drop of snowfall, I haven't seen snowfall in my entire life yet!
Anyways, it makes a lot of noise but is pretty fast and surely fun to operate!
Its very interesting to see the footage of it driving through snow from the GoPros and also from the DJI Action 2 at the top!

Over the last few years I've found myself wishing I'd studied metal working and machinery as much as I've studied electronics and computers. That thing would be a BEAST as a 2 or 4 seat "snowmobile" with a turbo V-8 for power (cue insane laughter).

Really cool video, no pun intended. I like the tracks; I didn't expect them to hold up at full speed like using a tire. There are a lot of mechanical parts on the track to fail. Thanks for taking me out with you to have fun. Nice car.

It is always fun when you bring out the gas powered RC Car’s. I have noticed all the models you have seem to be really reliable and no problems after sitting for a long time. I’m interested in getting one. If you ever get a chance I would like to see the 4x4 monster truck run again.

Great video just for fun! I'm trying to do some similar with my boxes of 80's/90's rc cars before they either go back in hiding or find new homes for them. Those are all electric and eat batteries in a painful way since most of them can't function right with rechargeables due to voltage drop.
That gas engine starts and runs great! We had a big gas rc air boat that we built (recycled smashed airplane parts) and actually worked great on certain snows.

Thanks for another great fun video! I guess this configuration (tracks and skis) would also be great on beach sand😀. I don't get snow in my area, but I have some nice beaches with challenging (for my wheeled RCs) sand dunes...😄

Why did you choose the dji and Not Insta360 go2?
I can find the DJI in the snow. The white insta 360 would be hard to find.

Any idea why you guys call it “gas” in North America? I thought it was going to gas powered and not liquid. Maybe it is because after it burns it becomes a gas?

@@CAPTAINDRONE798 thanks. Didn’t think of that. Made me wonder why ‘gasoline’ though. Best I can find so far is that the ‘ol’ suggests an oil and it was an English trade name from the 1860s, although that might have been spelt ‘gasolene’, which is still used in Jamaica sometimes. Not sure I trust the sources too much though.
