On the last hearing, the judge didn’t proceed with hearings but he put management order asked me to submit medical evidence? so I did and the medical report says that I am unfit to attend hearing! And I am a litigant in person? my claim is about disability and discrimination?
Hi I work in a care home I was accused by the manager of something I did not do this happen 22/12/23 i asked to leave the building they said I am under investigation every time I contacted them they keep saying we will be in touch

What if the employer et3 does not come back from r...as big companies do.

If you started with union but they drop you like a hot potato can you still carry on..
