Good to see you as a whole human, rather than a pair of hands creating magic. There is I believe a conscious decision by both of you to make the preparation of the food the main star and completely take away any attention to you as a person. It’s not just yet another recipe video channel, what cuts you apart is a strong sense of branding, the sheer aesthetics and overall sensory indulgence in the culinary world through a powerful audio visual grammar. The videos have the kind of minimalism and neatness popular in contemporary Japanese and pan Asian recipe videos along with the phoron of Bengali/ folk music, sound et al. Intriguing and engaging! তোমাদের চ্যানেল ফলো করে অনেক রান্না সাহস করে নিজেই করে ফেলেছি। বেশ কিছু রান্না বহুদিন বাড়িতে রেঁধে খাওয়া হয়নি, তার একটা বড় কারণ বাড়ির সবথেকে প্রিয় অথেনটিক রাঁধুনি পৃথিবীর মায়া কাটিয়ে দিয়েছেন অনেক দিন হয়ে গেল, যাঁর হাতের রান্না পদ খেয়ে ছোটো থেকে জিভের তার তৈরি হয়েছিলো। তারপর হোটেল ক্যান্টিন আর প্রফেশনাল রাঁধুনিদের ভরসায় কাল কেটেছে। অনেক দিন পর বেশ কিছু রেসিপি ফলো করে নিজের হাতে রেঁধে খেয়ে যে পরিমাণ আনন্দ পেয়েছি সেটা মাপার মতন স্কেল নেই। সামান্য শুকনো একটা ধন্যবাদ দিয়ে তোমাদের ছোটো করবোনা, অনেক অনেক ভালোবাসা জেনো তোমরা দুজনে। এবার তোমাদের চ্যানেলে পিঠে পার্বনের জন্যে ওয়েট করছি। শীতকাল আসছে কিন্তু। বহুকাল হয়ে গেল বাড়িতে তৈরি করা পিঠে খাইনি। তোমরা রেসিপি আপলোড করলেই আমি থলে হাতে বাজারে যাবো... :)
বোঝাই যাচ্ছে আপনার লেখার ক্ষমতা চমৎকার। এতো সুন্দর বাংলা লেখা CZcams-এর কমেন্টে পড়ে হঠাৎ একটু চমকেই গেলাম। আমাদের ভিডিও দেখে এতদিন পরে রান্না করে খেয়েছেন জেনেও খুব আনন্দ পেলাম। পিঠে যে কটা বিদেশে বসে করা যায় নিশ্চই চেষ্টা করবো। তারপর যখন কলকাতায় ফিরবো তখন বাকি পিঠেগুলো করার ইচ্ছে আছে। গত বছরের পাটিসাপটা-টা কিন্তু অলরেডি আপলোড করা রয়েছে। ভালো থাকবেন।
অনেকদিন পরে একটা মন ভালো করার মতো comments দেখলাম। সত্যি আপনার লেখার ক্ষমতা আছে। 👍👍

Liked the no frill, and straight come to the point way of narration. No speech, no face shown, no self praise etc. The graphics are unique not seen in other cooking lessons

N.B. I never used sugar during cooking and my wife used to hate my way of cooking because of that. But because of you guys, I now add couple of spoons of sugar at ease. :-)

I’m not a Bengali none of my frnz are Bengali. I’m a beginner at cooking but the way you have demonstrated each recipe.
