I think I would rather have an electric trolling motor with a nice full charged battery and a solar panel that would go just as fast as that boat and it wouldn't be as noisy
@@CanadianMarineGuy i have the same set up put some weight in the front of the boat to get on plane it will help with your speed try it . thats what i did it helped a-lot

2.5 is a slow motor. This boat is underpowered, it can easily acept a 6hp. But, is just more money!😜
Yes, but it's great for trolling around on small lakes! I also love this motor because it is extremely light and easy to carry.
