Thanks for your educational experience and resources and information. I've invested in both the grounding sheet and mate and it's nice to know that you only have to ground the mate under the sheet because they both will conduct together although have them both grounded and I brought them at the same time I'm looking to add grounding pillow cases also I'm looking into grounding pillows for the cases and I have invested in floor grounding and a canapé for shielding against Electromagnetic radiation waves also I whear Faraday clothing and hat and grounding for my insoles and shoes. Yes I will keep you up to date on everything that I've invested in I'm going to give my products a little more time because of my situation as a targeted individual aside from that as far as ever day household items the EMF protection works very and the grounding mate and pad and sheet cover works well as a targeted individual I'm dealing with Electromagnetic radiation waves being directly targeted at me and follows me and tracks me wherever I go causing health concerns. I'm listening to psalm91 and psalm23 the strongest prayers in the Bible for protection and the King James Bible prayers in the morning and night as a US citizen being targeted right now by the US military grandios malignant narcissist thats using Electromagnetic radiation microwaves from the sky that tracks me wherever I go causing health concerns and narcissistic individuals in my community and surrounding communities that are Loyal to narcissism and Participating along with the cycle of abusive narcissistic tactics like its a game to these narcissistic individuals who only care about themselves and money its a difficult situation because the police department is aware of what's going but say they can't do anything about the US militarys and narcissism even though there mentally communicating along with surveillance networking together mentally like a loyal cult organization nothing can be done except waiting to see if targeted justice files a lawsuit that why signed up on the list targeted life's matter because I've tried contacting a civil rights defense attorney and they wanted twenty five thousand dollars to represent my case and I don't have that kind of money but I due have evidence in my favor and pictures of the weapons from the sky that are tracking me all over the place where ever I go I'm not the only US citizen being targeted there is something like fourteen hundred thousand victims that are being targeted and have been targeted and none of us are criminals I have no criminal record and a clean driver's record and I'm a clean and sober empath victom being targeted by the US military grandios malignant narcissist and a bunch of other narcissists and some of these narcissistic abusive individuals I know who the are and your not I can recognize your voice because there using mental mind control manipulation and gaslighting and exploiting my rights to privacy also along with surveillance and I'm isolated from everyone except I see my two daughters my when they're avaliable. Well I bought the mattress cover but I realized that my grounding outlet doesn’t have the power to ground IT!
My house was built in 2004…so now what?
Hi and thanks for your question! So… technically “ground” is just that - a wire that runs from the ground port of your outlet into to a metal grounding rod that is literally placed about 6 feet into the ground outside your home. So there would be no actual “power” to the ground port. In fact, you don’t even need power to the outlet to use your grounding mat - as long as it’s properly wired to the ground. All the ground port does is connect directly to the earth via your house wiring vs. a wire you run out your window and into the ground (which would be another option for you. If you sleep mostly naked, then use a regular sheet over your mat-your body moisture will act as a conductor so you don’t need the silver sheets.
If you sleep wearing pyjamas-just sleep directly on the mat.
