Government’s cramming electric vehicles down our throats when most Canadians cannot afford them. This is canada it gets 40 below here in case you didn’t know. Take a number and wait for another plant to close
But it's okay for Hamas to thank Trudeau for his support
Don't forget the na$I trudeau invited
No ones gonna buy them , just add it to the countries debt .....
Why are organic farmers in Ontario having their land expropriated for EV industry? No farmers - No food. Wake up.
Doug Ford isn't a Conservative. Let's be clear about that.
Compared to Kathleen Wynne? Yes, he's fiscally Conservative.
@@jeffspicolli593 Because that was the previous governing party in Ontario.
Corporate welfare is a Conservative thing.
@@sp1pilot That makes no sense. Ford is Liberal Lite by any standard.
I will never vote for the liberal, ndp party tax tax, provincial or federal, I love Canada 🇨🇦 ❤
This government is spending money we don't have.We all know this is going to be another snafu.
this is what "fiscally-responsible Conservative governance" looks like in Ontario
When you buy a house, you're doing it with money you don't have. But you buy it anyway and pay it down as you go through life and you call it an investment to a better life. Just like this Honda factory is an investment to a better life for the workers who will be there, not to mention all the spin off jobs in restaurants, parts companies, dry goods stores, etc.
@@dbmuir8683why is trudeau there?
@EyeSee4.8 -- the same reason that Harper gave Canada's richest incorporated-businesses such a big f**kin break buddy, they're not on your team
@ddhqj2023 Sure because when you buy a house the tax payers help you pay for it. Makes sense.
EV isn't the future, hydrogen is.
5 million taxpayer dollars per job. A competitive country doesn't need to offer Corporate welfare to attract business. I'm not happy.
This coming from the guy who is causing all the division and frustration! 🙄
Exactly!
You're more accurately describing Poilievre who was a cabinet minister in the totally divisive Harper Government. As minister of "Democratic Reform" Poilievre used classic Republican style voter suppression which resulted in 172,000 Canadians not voting in the 2015 election. Disenfranchising Canadians out of their most fundamental right in a democracy - their vote - should be disqualifying. That is about as divisive as you can get!
@@garyhaggquist740keep trying loser.
@@garyhaggquist740as I assume that it would be too complex of an explanation to type out on here, please kindly provide a link that could clearly explain to me how Poilievre suppressed voters. I'm genuinely curious to see this.
The new model will be called the Honda Fiasco. It has a nice ring.
😆😆😆😆
Green as hell, 0 emissions…ever
lol.
Honda's last two EVs failed so badly in the marketplace that they have been dropped from production. I think their new model might be called the Honda No-Sell
@@TheGruntski The current Prologue EV was the result of a joint venture with GM that was canceled before the vehicle even hit the market.
EV don't work in canada
These ones work great! Take a test drive the next time you get a chance.
@@mackenzie9865not in the winter
We have worse winters than Norway. It's chemistry. Not only can't they charge in extreme cold, they won't hold charge they already had before the temperature dropped.
@@VandaleighIndustrial Performance might degrade (lower battery life) but they still work. The technology just needs to be improved. Personally, I would prefer a hydrogen cell car...
@@joetran8798 wouldn't we all?? Hop to it then- safe storage of hydrogen is so easy, while we're at it, I would like a plutonium-powered car. Get to it, am I right?!
How dare Pierre speak with regular everyday Canadians. Doesn’t surprise me the Liberal and NDP representation turned their nose up at it.
This definitely wont age well.
whatever we shall see how this fiasco will playout in the future
more money laundering
Pierre Poilievre will take no lessons from Justin Trudeau.
And millionaire Pierre has no lessons to give anyone else. He bizarrely claims that electricians capture electricity from lightening. The sum total of Poilievre's real world experience outside the right wing political realm - was doing corporate collections over the phone for Telus - *that's it!* He is totally unfit and unqualified to be PM.
Poilievre doesn't need to take lessons, he just parrots Bay St demands
Is it my imagination or are Trudeau and fords noses looking a little brower
Much too little, too late.
Re: the guy in the blue suite, that's a whole lot of anger / rage - lol.
Yes he's consumed wat too much KoolAid.
Can't wait until this nightmare is over, and NO there is no other way to say it. the flag speeks the truth.
More corporate welfare!
F Trudeau flags ... yep..
This Reid is a large L liberal
PIERRE POILIEVRE FOR PRIME MINISTER 🌊 🩵 🇨🇦 🍁 👌 😎 🌊 🩵 🇨🇦 🍁 👌 😎 🌊 🩵 🇨🇦 🍁 👌 😎 🌊 🩵
A Super hyper successful JAPANESE company, (Not Canadian) worth 9.2 TRILLION dollars, Profits 30 BILLION a year.
Canadians giving them 15% of the profit they make in a year.
THEY DON'T NEED OUR MONEY... Directly or indirectly to help them profit.
Why do they always have tree Liberals on the show? Very seldom they have a conservative on to debate these fools
Kory Teneycke is a conservative.
@@ByronLee403 Still three if you count Liberal Vassey.
Best they can do is Jugmeet singhs brother...
Here's another vote...F Trudeau..
Is that how most Canadians think...
YES YES YES YES YES YES YES
More money laundering.
What a useless discussion.
The hand-wringing over these signs is ridiculous.
They have nothing else to hold on to. Even this is grasping at straws. Pathetic
Aaa yes, more EV plants 😂
LOL !
Great another EV plant that no one wants and that will be a complete failure.
I will never vote for the liberal, ndp party tax tax tax, I love Canada 🇨🇦 ❤
I could have sworn Ford said Trudeau is capable of running a candy stand
Ford also said Trudeau isn't qualified to sweep the floors of Parliament.
The RCMP looked into Diagolon and determined it doesn't even constitute 'a group', let alone a radical one. It's a podcast fan club. When will this be on the news? November 2025?
No one wants a crappy ev in Canada.
Scott ried’s methy eyes bugging out of his irreverent face as is tradition while he gets angry and hate mumbles to PP
Reid is a colossal fool, completely enamoured with Trudeau’s incompetence.
@@pauloantunes8372 he’s always so confident BUT NEVER CORRECT.
Kathleen Monk is way off base. She doesn't seem to understand why so many Canadians support Poilievre.
Pierre stopped because he specifically ASKED CANADIANS TO PROTEST the CRIMINAL CARBON TAX. Look at me doing your job plus mine except I'm the HUNGRY one.
Didn't he make enough of the plexi glass , and stickers ?
Never forget.
Pierre asked Canadians to protest the carbon tax!! Your panel can’t put one plus one together??
More taxpayers dollars going towards a failing industry as car companies are moving away from electric vehicles
PP for Pm 😅
I stopped listening to JT a few years ago. Emperor has no clothes.
Vacuous commentary. Fourth estate is virtually defunct.
Corporate welfare 💰😑👎🏻
I got my $400 carbon tax rebate. I used it to buy $400 worth of gasoline.
Lady, you are an NDP person, you will never understand anything
Any time this stuff is pushed, I am reminded of Scotland cutting down all those trees to build their windfarms, which are mostly made of non-recyclable materials, require extensive upkeep, and produce significantly less energy than fossil fuels.
Normalize cooperatives and Ⓐctive labour unions. Preserve and expand our🗳️democracy. Workers make Canada run, workers should run Canada☭.🏴🇨🇦
Agreed!
No unions at Honda plants in Canada afaik.
I have stopped worrying about government spending. They clearly aren't listening to the citizens concerned about the debt and the servicing of that debt. Your best friend in these times is a sharp accountant that advocates for you against this insane "post national" government.
How many Canadian’s will be building this project 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
You're accusing Pierre of doing personal attacks, then what are you doing then throwing mud at Pierre? Classic Trudeauing.......
Mining for lithium and cobalt in Africa and South America is environmentally friendly! And, it's cheap! Yup, it's not like paying wages in North America. It's child labour! Even better!
The only way this deal can make sense is if honda agrees to make ev sedan with double the range of a tesla for $10,000 and no taxes just for canadian market only.
The two biggest spenders in Canadian history
Big win for Canada. EVs are awesome.
Hey Ford
You are playing both sides and sucking up to Trudeau...
What a joke of a premier...
I guess it takes one to know one...
Shades of the corrupt Bombardier !!!!!
So spending 5 billion dollars for a thousand jobs. Hmmmm, according to my math that's 5 million per job. What a bargain 😂
Kory is the only panelist that has shown political success in the past, Scott Reid was one of the main reasons Paul Martin lost in 06 and Monk is just a NDP consultant. And Kory is 100% correct a lot of Canadians agree with the F Trudeau flag these days, while Kory is just as big of a “hack” for the conservatives he seems to always be on point and is the only one to have political success in the past or recently
Yes, I agree with the flag
Only unfortunate thing is these are non-union jobs, though Honda pays decent cause their scared of the CAW at least. 😂
Scott Reid has a vibe that he goes home and kicks his dog after this
Doug Ford ( i have supported and donated to the Ontario PC Party) should have also called out his stance on the Carbon Tax. I’m guessing that if the Conservatives win the Federal Election, Ontario will flip. I know that Doug Ford is looking at getting more investment dollars and subsidies flowing into Ontario. But he’s looking a little like Jagmeet Singh right now.
was not a mistake
Yes alot of Canadians agree with that flag 😂😂
To a plant that already exist.
will not work
Honda made $43,9 billion profit last year so why they need Canadians tax payers $5 billion.
EV is not a booming industry at all
The auto industry is a corporate welfare giant.
Definitely not a leader like you,
Scott😏🤣😂🤣
The EV industry is already a failure so why are we wasting more money.
drama teacher leaders are better ?
lol Trudeau saying they have had success
This not a Trudeau win!..this all about Ontario and the province and the way its run..thats why the liberals and the ndp can never run this province. Its always tax..tax .
Cory speaks for more Canadians than these other two who are nothing but Trudeau cheerleaders
Cory is great
Great to see the Provincial (PC) and Federal (LPC/NDP/BQ/Green) parties cooperating for the economic betterment of the region. Meanwhile, my CPC MP sits on the sidelines and reads paragraphs that Pierre’s campaign office provides.
There was nothing wrong with Pierre stopping to talk to the anti carbon tax protestors. Mingling with the common folk, I admire him for doing that!!!❤❤❤👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Pierre has no time for this none sense its going to add more interest payment on the debt now Canadians tax payers paying more then $1 billion a week (INTEREST PAYMENTS ONLY) total debt $1.99 TRILLIONS. Vassey did not mention that shame on you Vassy.
Scott you are the biggest liar in Canadian history
What is 5 billion divided by 1000. Let that sink in.....FJT
How many jobs is this Ndp/Liberal deal creating, still don't have the clear numbers?
And who's buying EV?
More corporate welfare!
And yet you are silent about the $34 billion in subsidies to the oil and gas companies that are poisoning our environment and making the world an unsafe place for our grandkids and theirs after them. Not very consistent are you?
