      lol flak jacket lol. Thats just a simple outer carrier for a bullet proof vest so he doesn’t have to wear the vest underneath his shirt. If you honestly think the public reads peoples uniforms when they have a badge on especially in St Louis County you’re mistaken. Most Animal Control Officers go on calls and deal with individuals that Police often times deal with. The danger is there just like for Police. Especially if Animal Control has to take someone’s animal. In today’s day and age it’s way too dangerous to be in a uniform and not have amour. Animal control, Police, Corrections really any enforcement job comes with danger. Thats basic common knowledge.
