I am a woodworker as well as a furniture refurbisher who enjoys your channel. To help alleviate the problem with the soft brass screws stripping, many woodworkers will in addition to drilling a pilot hole, use a steel screw to first cut threads in the wood, then remove and replace them with the “pretty brass screws” afterward.
Wow, Denise! I don't have words to say how pretty this turned out! You have given an amazing tutorial and I am sure many will benefit from it! That wood grain technique looks so easy and it's gorgeous!! Happy New Year and I am looking forward to more great videos from you!
This was just a stunning refurbish. Your talent for putting design elements and colors to the right style is exceptional. Your pieces are always my favorite. I love all the neutral tones and interesting parings of the hardware. Very upscale. 💯🙌💕💖
Absolutely beautiful transformation... I love it, especially with the new handles. Thank you for sharing 😊 PS. Happy New Year, and ...wishing you the very best in this new year.
This is beautiful!!! I love it!!! I also agree with those darn screws that come with hardware! Most of the time they are trash and cause more problems . What I do though sometimes is not using a drill to install which helps to a degree.
This turned out great ! I love the contrast of the faux finish on the drawer fronts vs the paint on the rest. Thanks for the tips on fixing the damaged top too !

Aw, Shelly thank you so much! I love this hardware too. I'll def be buying some more for future projects. :)
This was very helpful! I have a little table with bubbles. I started sanding. But didn’t think of putty. Thank you!
It will make ALL the difference Joni. You won't even know that it was bubbled. Good luck and have fun. :)
Beautiful! I love how well the two-tone look of paint and wood (or faux wood) goes with this style of dresser. And the hardware is perfect!
Thank you so much!

I want to refinish our end tables. What sealer would you recommend on a surface that needs to be water proof?
Gator Hide. I love the stuff and it’s easy to apply and super durable. I have a link under the video in the description “see more” 😊
This isn't fix bubbled laminate, this is paint laminated furniture.
