An evolved Flyknit upper places zones of breathability where your foot heats up most. It's strong and durable, helping keep your foot secure with every mile.
What's New About the Invincible 3?
We made the heel clip smaller than our previous iteration and placed it in a more precise location. A wider midsole adds stability. Taller foam stacks than our previous version raise the bar on cushioning and comfort, in a more sleek-looking design.

I love my pair Nikezoomx Invincible 3. I work valet and jogging around huge parking lot my feet are in pain most of the time. Had these for about 2 weeks now and there are incredibly soft and my feet pain is no mo!!
Weâre they good, for just every day shoes?
A great comparison, thanks! That new Zoomx branding on the side looks so weird...
Now I really look forward to spring so I can wear my V2s!
Been waiting for your review on these. đ„đ„đ„
I canât wait to get these! Super thankful for your videos, I got some NB heirro for walking and theyâre amazing
Great video, was waiting on this one. I'll also be waiting for a lil discount before giving them a go
Great review, thanks. That swoosh on the vamp makes this shoe a no go for sure.
You made a lot of good observations that I didn't see in other reviews.
Looking forward to your review of the Gel Nimbus 25
Thank you very much, I am hesitating between the Vomero 17 and the invincible 3 which I can't try on where I live... your content really helps making a decision!
Love the mad V2, design and comfort. A one of a kind shoe, you gotta try it to believe it.
Double as the perfect walking shoes as well
Absolute exact same experiences regarding the forefoot upper feeling tighter. Might consider going half-size up for the 3s.
Regarding the stitch ,I think I will pass this one, after watching your Pegasus trail 4 Gtx I had the same problem as you had. Thanks for the great comparison !
Followed you advice and bought the Invincible 2 while they were on sale. I want the 3âs but Iâll wait till they are discounted while I beat the 2âa down this spring/ summer.
The SC Trainers reign supreme, in both comfort and stability, I'd be curious to see Nike do something similar with a plate and Zoom X, I'd be willing to wager it would nail down the stability issue
Thanks for the awesome review!
Personally Iâve worn this for over 200km, done a good job on my hardest marathon prep runs and conditioning runs
Itâs been super comfy and reliable, and gets better with every run, even the heel lock issue that some people have I donât really experience much. Itâs remarkably warm though I will add, and itâs pretty decent for $100USD. Love running those recovery runs in these so much â€
Thanks for the review. I had two pairs of the V1 that I love and have a pair of V2s in the box waiting for spring, that toe box change on the V3 looks like a dealbreaker
Heâs dead on, you can absolutely feel it pressing down. overall comfort goes to the v2, though the style and visual aspect of the v3 is nice .
@@A_A_Ron i could tell how that feels when I have a pair of On with similar plastic material on the upper. Just won't wear it again.
I think I will like these. Be a nice switch up from all of the Pegasus I've been acquiring.
Received my pair last week. The fit and feel on foot I really like compared to v1 and v2, upper feels more molded and adjusted to my foot but not restricted. Comfort is about the same if not ever so slightly better than v1 and v2. The only issue I have with them (and looks to be a general issue amongst those that bought them) is the heel fit. I got my normal size 10 and the heel feels a bit loose when walking and/or running. The workaround for me is tying the shoes via the heel lock lacing method, and has helped my heel feel more secure.
same same same..... these have to be worn laced up as if ready to run.
Would you say to size down, stick to foot size, or size up? I measured my foot and customer service to get the size for that. I am unable to find a nearby store I can go to to fit it so this is making it hard to buy onlineđ huge discount so don't really want to miss it
Great review as usual, waiting for the Nimbus 25 and a comparison to these (invincible 3) and Novablast too
I tried the Nimbus 25 - wanted to love it given the great styling. From my view....Invincible still wins in the max cushion wars.
@@psuholetutube I found the Novablast 3 softer than the Invincible though not as high stack as the Invincible but for casual wear and little running, I prefer the Novablast
@@psuholetutubeN25 didn't feel more stable to you with better heel fit? Seems to be the consensus so far, but I'm still torn.
Have the Tempus and Adidas 4DFWD 2 also in my cart.
@MadLadsAnonymous yeah n25 was more stable...but also less cushion...which is my main focus
@@MadLadsAnonymous I have the 4dfwd 2 and 4dfwd X parley, they are stylish than any other foam midsole but comfort wise, foam midsole (zoomx, ffblast +) are much comfortable since the 4dfwd have low stack height and ground feeling is max
Thank you for the review.
I love my invincibles 1 and 2 and I am a big nike and jordan fan but I could never wear a shoe with the branding on the toe box.
I would like to buy the zoom fly 5 but the swoosh on the toe box is a dealbreaker for me.
Now that I have tried v2 and v3 my take is I think the overall look of the Run 3 is much improved. I didn't notice much difference with the overall comfort. I took my dog for a walk around a lake which has a lot of slopes, so yeah the rolling over the sides of the footbed made it a little difficult at times. My biggest complaint is the material of the upper because it was muddier than I thought, so the toes on both shoes got mud night around where the rubber tread meets the upper. I got the white/football grey colorway and I could not get the mud stain fully out. I tried cleaning them right after I got done with the walk. I hit with an Oxy stain remover, some Reshoen8r sneaker wipes, and a magic eraser pad. I love the shoe, but maybe for my next pair I will stick with a darker upper. I knew I should have went with the navy pair.
Waiting for your review on the new Ultrafly Trail with the full length ZoomX midsole.
Great review.
I will stick to my 2's as they are so comfy that sometimes they literally make me LAUGH just walking in them. Definitely a step backwards with those new design flaws in the upper, I cant stand a tight pushed down feeling in a toetox and being able to feel the rough stitching in shoes is one of my biggest pet peeves! Didn't anyone actually test them? it's crazy at this price point.
*I'll wait a year till they go on sale and go 1/2 a size up ;)*
I actually like the look but these suck tbh. They aren't as bouncy as the 2s, which I love. Fk love btw.thry are also more narrow and restrictive. I'm doubly pissed because I had to refund my 2s because the soles peeled off. The durability was pretty bad for my size
I do like that i can design a pair however i want down to the little logo tagline on the sole, is kinda neat
I purchased the original Invincible Run on a closeout sale on the Nike website and purchased a few pairs for about $100 each. I liked them a lot. They felt a bit narrow on my foot at first and I wasn't sure if they would be the best fit for me - I had the laces about as loose as I could get them but they soon felt good after wearing them a short time. My foot is a bit broader in the mid-foot and toes. I got the Invincible Run 2 and was actually surprised how much roomier they felt. They were really a perfect fit for me and I was able to get a couple of extra pairs of v2 on the Nike sale just before version 3 came out. Sounds like version 3 has gone back to a narrower mid-foot and toe box area. Maybe I'll try them. I love v2 though. That shoe fits my foot very well.
2 is actually the best shoes ever. Only the durability sucks unfortunately
Might wait till they go on sale. I have two pairs of the 1âs
All good, but the big question for me is are they more durable than v2? I had 3 pair within 9 months because of midaole seperation on all 3 pair.
For an every day trainer and just to wear around would you recommend grabbing these or something like your custom infinity react 3s? Your custom reacts looks good.
I love â€ïž it. I just bought one for my easy days, 5 or 10 (maybe more), km runs.
You are dead on Hes. I had the identical feeling, I kinda prefer the overall comfort of the 2
Love your channel đ I've just bought a pair of Nike zoom fly 5's they came creased down the side of the soles is this normal đ€ for new shoes? I noticed your shoes had creases did they come like that? đ€
My reference for comfy was asics gel nimbus, but now this is invincible run 3 for sure!
The pros : comfort , for wet surface, mesh for cold weather
The cons : unstable at the back of the shoe
Super comfortable running shoes but I returned them after 2-days. The heel slip was too much, had a bleeding heel after first wear. Tried a runners knot and still slipped. Went with some Pegasus 39âs instead. Not as soft as the Invincible 3âs but much better on the heel and overall still comfortable.
You have to double heel lock them. Itâs stupid they donât come out the box this way but I fixed the heel slip immediately by doing this and now it fits correctly.
Once again I have no idea why nike didnât make them like this out of the box but yeah. I was going to send mine back before I did this but as I got mine custom made I would have to make do but they are 9/10 shoes for sure
Very soft and bouncy. Heel slip is minor issue for me but solved by either wearing thick socks or runners knot
Got the second version of this in the mail just today at a wicked discount. I wish it had a pull tab but that's about it, I just hate the excessive branding on the new one, and I'm a pretty big Nike guy. But every corner of the shoe is a bit much.
Definitely agree.. the excessive branding is keeping me from ordering a pair..
Hey, I have a lower back injury and walk 8-10km everyday to stay active and lose weight.
Do you think these would be a good cushioned option and would last at least 1+ years of regular walking?
My other options are limited like Gel Nimbus 25. I've used Novablast 3 but had them stolen very sadly.
Did you get to test the new Asics Nimbus 25? And if so do you recommend?
This year is Vomero 17 shining with no doubt đđ
Was super excited to get these.Went to try these on at dicks and my heal was slipping out like crazy. Ended up leaving with nothing.
sucks to hear. The Invincible run 2 are my absolute favorites for running as well as casual wear. I think i'll stock up on this model since i had major heal slipping issues with previous NB 1080s.
@@Ben_S_ I went on nike to get the 2's and dont see them anymore
Bro go down half a size đ
@@camdog6205 bro you think I drove 30 minutes there looking to buy shoes and didnt try on other sizes? They all had heal slip. From what I'm hearing a lot of other people experienced the same. If you look at the pic or in store you'll see the heal is very thin and has no cushion anymore. Think that's why.
@@camdog6205 you mook, you know not what you speak of
It's a great show one more year it will be perfect ... take a idea from NB with the shape design ... and get a softer mesh as in the one or two spice it up also with a design it's a flagship shoe...
you should make a best bang for your buck comfort shoes video and then 2 parts of it 1 for shoes on sale and one for msrp
which is better , nimbus 25 or new balance for wide feet daily use?
I just bought a pair of Super Comp Trainers yesterday and have a pair of invincible run 2s and would love to see you do a comparison video for the version 3s and the Super Comps to see what is softer!
Between the sc and invincible which do you think is softer?
Supercomp beats out the v2 and v3 IMO . been using all for hour walks and the v3 is my least fav
@@hudsons6006invincible is softer I own both
@@Capsfan-vp1jf thanks I only have a super comp was just wondering if I should get another
Invincible run 3 vs new balance supercomp. Which one is better which should I buy. I've had the invc 1 & 2.
They should of did a softer upper on the 3 . Huge miss by Nike . Thanks Hes for your honest opinion . God bless
I have problem with my big toe coming out/being damaged due to my running. Would these shoes help me with avoiding that or at least having less impact? If not, could you please recommend running shoes which can help me in that regard. Running is ruining my toes đđ
What about the colors? They seem to be just 4 of them at the moment, do you know if they are planning to add some more in the future? Blue doesn't seem to be nice.
Are they good for road running? I fear that the foam underneath might tear on roads
So is the tongue like the previous versions attached across the top of the foot or is it a completely detached tongue????
are these any good for just walking or mainly for running ?
One of the biggest things I notice when wearing these shoes is the lack of impact felt on my knees. They're a game changer.
Pretty sure not many has this problem but I was running on the road last week and I thought it was fine but when I ran on concrete the bottom part of my forefoot seem to have this smooth feeling almost to the point that I was like running on butter
Contradicting to Nike wanting to go green despite earlier claims. Also LIFESTYLE SHOE OML
They should redesign the streakfly I love that can put on everyday.
4:49 Is the toebox narrow enough to go half size up?
Using this for running.
I have all 3 versions and V3 version heel slips for me where the other two didnât. I almost fell climbing stairs yesterday because my heel slipped out. The other thing that bothers me is that the V3 skipped out on the elastic tongue stays and now it moves around on me. I would never wear another shoe if they could put a knitted upper similar to the ultra boosts or nimbus 25s.
Tighten them up
Did you size up or was it true to size?
Hate the high arch support on these shoes. Such an amazing shoe, had to returned them twice.
And I don't have flat feet.
Based solely off comfort, which would you choose? I am looking to buy one of these but I havenât found an answer yet on which is comfier for casual use, as I am not a runner.
I have all three versions, the third really is comfier on your foot, not to say the previous two arenât, but the third one really takes it a step ahead, and regarding stability I havenât had any issues, Iâm a photographer, while working 10-14 hour day standing on your foot, the third version really is the way to go
I will stick to the 2's which I love.
How is this compared to the Ultraboost Light?
Are they to heavy for some short sprints?
I bought a v1 pair and yes they are squishy, which has pros and cons, but I feel like that big wide and round sole base around the toe area on a bigger size like mine, 13, kind of makes me feel like I'm wearing clown shoes because it just sticks out so wide. I really want to love them, but often don't make it to two days in a row with them and end up shelving them and switching back to an ultraboost or fresh foam. Not the same squishy feel, but much better looking shoes on larger feet IMO.
ima a pass on the v3. Less comfortable in my opinion. Heel slide IS a thing. Staying with v1 and v2 (where I have almost every colorway hah!)
I have a pair of UB22s and want to get another pair of shoes. Will the Invincible Run 3 be a good choice? I love the stability of the Adidas and I am slightly on the obese side.
Hey Hes, how do these compare to the supercomp trainer? which one would be your go to?
I am only 165 lbs and I dont find the SC trainer squishy to walk in, but for running it is amazing. The invincible is softer and much more squishy for standing/walking, for me anyway.
@@ryancrawford8042 thanks!
i watched vids on the v2 and got 4 pair. tried them on. every pair had the same issue:
as the balls of my forefeet would sink into the cushioning, i could feel the front lip of the shoes, which didn't sink as much, rub my big toes.
so it's like i'm sinking into the shoe up front but my toes could feel the edge. drove me nuts.
was frustrating because otherwise these were the softest, most comfy and best shoes for standing all day or running, good for knees.
I got 2nd generation of these at Dicks around Christmas time for 58.00
Is it water resistant? Cos the body textile looks like rubbered or glossed with whatever
I love my New Balance 1080 v13 shoes. Feels like I'm walking on marshmallows. How does the Invincible 3 compare in terms of comfort and plush nature?
regarding the ankle rolling issue. most of the "real" nike running shoes, expects you to forefoot or midfoot strike. and not heel strike. so the design of the heel without much support is intentional. nike expects users of this shoe, people who drop 20 mile long runs, to have good strike form most of the time. while there is foam in the heel, its really just there as backup for the off chance a runner loses form and heel strike.
Do these run half size bigger?
Using the shipping box as the shoe box is really just a way for them to save money. They should be passing on some of that savings to the consumer imo
The invincible run 2âs were a bit too unstable for a beginner like me. Really messed me up until I built some strength. So I wouldnât recommend if your just starting out.
Been wearing these for work for like 3 months. Feel like my ankles have gotten strongerđno ankle roll,,i think because i felt that instability at first
I saw the adizero takumi sen 9 running shoes on the adidas app. Iâm not 100% sure if the midsole is all light strike pro but thatâs the only branding I can see on the midsole. I would love to see a review on a pair of those.
i got to look at those in person for me the nike is good for an all around shoe you can walk, run, use them as casual shoe. The takumi although they are really soft they are designed specific to running not a good walking or casual shoe. and itâs all light strike but itâs shaped for a runner.
Trying to find the invincible 2 are very hard!! Nike took them off the site!! Wish I'd bought more then one!!!
I havenât worn the 3 (LOVE the 2) yet but just off of looks, I definitely prefer the 2. All the branding everywhere is too much and the new midsole styling is pretty ugly IMO. Iâll probably pick up a couple more pairs of the 2 since they can be found on GOAT pretty cheap before bothering with the 3
I bought the 3s, saw good reviews on 2s, bought the 2s and like the 2s better
Should I size 1/2 up or a full size up?
I dont like all these white bottom and top shoes they just look like they will stain, how bad does react and zoomx foam stain and get dirty?
how much ? available here in japan?
Hi hes! Which is better nb sc trainer or the new nike invincible run?
Have both trainer is faster/more efficient but this is softer and a bit lighter (as a light person)
time to get the v2 on sale
Also please show the rigidity of the shoes while you have them in Hand. Thank you!
And sizing ?
Got my pair last week. Solid shoe but the heel counter is causing irritation to my heel.
Please compare them all đ my feet crave max cushion comfort
Got them
It has gone chunky like the ultraboost on the heel. I hope they go back to less heel height.. the versions one and two are already bit unstable, stacking it more will make it more unstable
Visually, I might think the material gets cheaper especially on the upper , less cotton , less suede, more polyester and plastic-like parts , less cushion and foam around. Same price I'm not very happy.
How is this a lifestyle shoe?
Nike latest ver. fk3 is d best perfect shuuu 4 mi...
N i bot another 1.. coz i luvv it!!! đ„°đ„°đ„°, gud job nike" PERFECT SHUH..
Think I would wear the invincible 2 forever!! I wear it to work on concrete 6 to 8 hours a day. I'm bigger guy!! Best shoe I've found so far!! But I order a New Balance more v 4 so we'll see if that compares to the invincible!!
Let us know how they compare.
I have the invincible 1, and itâs way too unstable! Many have said this is more stable, but it sure doesnât look it!! Iâve bought 2 pairs of the asics gel nimbus 25, and they are by far the most comfortable shoe for ppl over 180lbs IMO!
What about for a person who is 140lbs?
Probably the new balance more v4, I like the more v4 for short periods, but Iâm 225, and over 3 or 4 hours the lack of stability for my weight becomes very noticeable! This is from a comfort or easy run perspective
i hope they come out with a blacked out model
Is it waterproof?
I have heel slippage issues with this shoe.. Otherwise, it's the best sneaker from nike so far.
please review free run 5.0. thats the most comfortable nike barefoot like shoes, no ones reviewing it here on youtube, they show the unboxing and all the flexing.
Ware these every single day at work the most comfortable shoe at my store the nike employee store.
