Mature responses to the questions asked. Really like the content. Lending my voice to all that has been said, is that every leader in the worship department still has the responsibility of discipleship. And the word of the Lord is been given to us for reproof , rebuke and instruction in righteousness! I like the idea of periodic review of people in the worship team!👍

Believers who lead so often forget Jesus's advice on become a leader.....become a servant. Control freaks have left cadavers in their wake because they are unable to see their own brokenness and inflict on others. I left church after experiencing this dynamic with so called leaders in most churches. Unfortunately, until these, often times, self appointed leaders can get a hold of their own screwyness, stay away from them as you deal with your own screwyness! God refines, disciplines and prunes those He loves. Man, oh man, I know He loves me a lot because He's always pruning me!
