Gusto and palmer best signings for Chelsea in a while
Paez is getting a lot of hype, he looks unreal at his age. Probably up there in terms of best signings since the takeover but time will tell
And Richardâs
...And to think they have unlimited ceiling....only 20, got 8,9 years to peaks!
Gusto is the future truss me!
Caicedo bro, I know Chelsea paid a mint for him but he's still 21 and only second season in premier League, he's the future of Chelsea along with Palmer. I know you don't see it yet because he does the dirty work, not out there scoring goals. But trust he's such anl beast in the midfield. If a Chelsea's system wasn't such a mess we wouldn't be having this conversation
Wow a Chelsea post not talking about their financials, im shocked
Mid table and small regional clubs never get any love from the national media. Win a few more games though and then we'll have something to talk about other than accounting. Up the Chels!
Thatâs coming next after the break đ
Donât worry they found out we sold the hotel now everyone is quiet bare in mind that mount transfer will come into this year books aswell

@@itsmeprasad1987cuz united have been like this for a decade. Sure theyâve finished 2nd twice and had ok seasons. Cole Palmer is quite becoming a world class player
This is without Enzo, Reece James, Chilwell (made his return), Fofana, Nkunku
I personally feel we play better without Enzo on the pitch but I hope he proves me wrong

Cole Palmer is a generational talent.
As are Foden & Bellingham.
These three will be Englandâs mainstays over the next 5-10 years.
Add Rice in and you have a midfield every team in world football would be envious of.
Facts.
Because Chelsea are lying midtable people still don't see Palmer as the best attacking midfielder England has now. Is about time Southgate plays offensively with Palmer-Kane combo
@@Ghmedpage2023
Iâve said on a previous post, Southgate should (but he wonât) play Palmer, Foden, Bellingham & Rice as his midfield.
Rice sits deeper centrally in front of the centre halves. Bellingham, Foden and Palmer could all play #10 theyâre all that good.
Palmer & Foden can also play left or right out wide.
Kane the lone striker. Playing only one upfront you risk the striker being isolated without offensively minded players in the midfield.
People keep saying negative things, but, when I mentioned Utdâs four in midfield⊠Beckham, Keane, Scholes & Giggs.
Beckham, Scholes & Giggs werenât in that midfield for their defensive strengths were they⊠Keane was your defensive player, as Rice should be for us & let Palmer, Foden & Bellingham do for England what Beckham, Scholes & Giggs did for Utd - assist offensively / and score goals.
Play to our strengths!
best thing cole palmer did leaving man city
Bellingham is a good player and incredible athlete, not a generational talent. His overall play is average. He's got good timing running into the box. A bit like Frank Lampard with a better hairline.
Todd Boehly has made a lot of iffy signings since he took over Chelsea . However, Palmer has been an absolute steal for for them so far. As a Man Utd Cole Palmer is everything I would want Rashford to be but isn't.
That's Joe shields signing great scout he is
Palmer & Gusto have been solid since the takeover. I canât really think of anyone else & i am Chelsea fan lol. Petrovic ainât that bad either.
@@gregordrizzlewing7339 Palmer has done fantastic to score 20 league goals with games to spare in an inconsistent team especially as Chelsea didn't sign him I think until. the end of the August window meaning he missed Chelseas' first few league games.

Cole palmer and phil foden unbelievable prospect
And Gordon of course. Future is bright for England until Southgate picks Henderson, Rashford and Philips
Palmer, foden,Bellingham, grealish, set that midfield on any team in the world and it causes problems.wish us scots had that đ
Palmer, Foden, Bellingham and rice .. unplayable combo
Both of them are the product of England's La Masia.

The frustrating thing is the headlines should be a convincing 6-0 win and quality team performance and of course Coleâs 4 goals. But instead thereâs all the talk of the immaturity of two players. If that happens again they need to ne dropped.
pochetino helped develop harry, walker, delli Ali and many more,he is a top top top manager when it comes to developing players..
If Simon really thinks Chelsea can challenge for a title soon, their next 5 games will be a very good test. They play City, Arsenal, Villa, Tottenham, and West Ham in their 5 matches. Thatâs about as hard of a fixture list as you can get in that few of games.
Apart from Tottenham and West Ham
@@healthdex3729 Tottenham 5th (60), West 8th (48). Both are battling for European spots. No easy games this time of year with sides fighting for survival, European spots, and league titles. Players kick it up an extra notch this time of the season.
Chelsea have a better record against the top half than they do against the bottom. It would have been a bigger test for them if they had to play the relegation threatetend in the next 5 games.
CFC could well challenge , but i believe it`ll be in a couple of seasons time, this squad needs to mature a little more, learn game management, and only time and games will help them do that.
Hard for who?I dread Burnley more. This is Chelsea you mugs.
never mind on the plane kid should start with foden and Saka no brained. Rashford should not be in the squad
Sakas overrated. Bellingham, Foden , rice and Palmer should all start
Rubbish you start with your inform players that why England never win nothing cos Southgate always picks his favourites
Rashford still can skin any right back as long he plays the ball into the box like he hasnât done all season

@@SHEK110 sakas numbers stack up, sure but in terms of overall ability Palmer, Foden are ahead of him. My opinion. Bellingham and rice can't be compared to saka cos different players , different positions. For me Foden and Palmer are better finishers and more creative.
weird that Englands No1 goalkeeper plays for Everton
Itâs about his level
What the
Being a young team, it will click with Chelsea one day soon, possibly within the next 2 to 3 years. And they will be frighteningly good. Whether itâs under Poch or not is another matter.
I thought Conner acted like a leader and Cole Palmer 2, he wasn't having it and Connor came and took the ball off Jackson.
I am a Leeds fan too I've no horse in the race but to me Connor and Cole acted spot on.
Tune into Chelsea every time theyâre on the tele. Just to watch Cole palmer. From a United fan.
To be fair last summer transfer window has been a huge success. We offloaded a truck of deadwood and signed Palmer, Jackson, Caicedo, Lavia, Disasi all of them are performing well except Lavia who got unlucky.
Caicedo has been a terrible ÂŁ115m signing what are you on about? Disasi hasnât been too clever either
"Huge success" when Palmer is the only good signing from that window? Gusto is good too but his transfer was done in January. Also Disasi "performing well"? We kept a clean sheet against Everton mainly because he wasn't available for that game. He's been AWFUL this season. Jackson? A supposed striker who can't finish, that's a big no.
â@@SHEK110I guess you haven't seen Caicedo play much recently then.
Will be interesting to watch next season with Eddie being given options with the squad and hopefully cut down on injurys and burn outs
If there is one word that comes to mind about Chelsea's season it is inconsistent which is why they are where they are. In the last four games they have drawn to the bottom two sides, come out ahead with late goals in that thriller against Man United then thumped Everton 6-0 so I don't necessarily feel they have turned a corner, they are still incredibly inconsistent.
yes we are, but i believe were moving in the right direction, this squad is young, and will only improve with experience. confidence is key and they have to learn to manage games better, thats down to age, experience, and understanding the game., all of which they will get. this squad will only get better in my humble opinion.
We are unbeaten in 2 and a half months mate
@@BridgeStamford Thats because you are playing literally 3-4 games a month. If you cant win or draw games with a 6-7 day rest schedule with a 1.2 billion pound squad irrelevant of age thats the absolute bare bones minimum of what you should be doing.

Cole Palmer os in great goal scoring form but i'd like to see how he does next season. As Chelsea improve, the opposition will employ more restrictive and containment tactics and every team will have a plan for Cole Palmer.
Wow talksport never fails to amaze us
Cole palmer is a sick player and will be on loads of clubs shopping lists this year đ„đ„đ„
Rashford won't be forsaken. Southgate needs his support at man united next season
Word Simon
Great discussion
They are looking better but pull it together.
He slows our game down.
No Enzo = No Problem
Well said Simon
At least you had one video talking about Palmer and not the penalty
This is the2nd time.. Noni did the same thing with the penalty against MAN U
Well one good buy out of 20 ain't bad
When it comes to Palmer we all know play safe Gareth will either leave him behind or take him and not play himâŠ..đđđ
I hope they get their act together, because he needs all the players around him to support, and supply him to score goals!!!!
I'd say that the Chelsea players are more about "Ask not what I can do for you but what you can do for me."
Are people on here dumb? He said the FIRST goal was world class.. Not him as a player or the chelsea team. Listen to what he's actually saying.
FODEN world-class goal against Madrid
Yeah but Cole Palmer is ridiculous at the minute letâs have it right
What is it with media and this pen issue talk about how well there played
No mention of Gallagher sorting out the debacle over the pen. He deserves to stay at Chelsea and owners do not.
Todd should get Simon in the boardroom at Chelsea. Jim White in also, as head of Hospitality and Stadium Announcer !
He is getting into the trap that Tuschel fell in criticising players in public, Man City coach will never do that
Simon Jordan is the new Swim coach, GNev is the assistant
Palmer is a good player, it was clear from the moment he was subbed on on against Notingham forest....
But Pochettino has been helping him to get these goals...
No, we need to see performances like this week in week-out in order to compete. We canât even beat Burnley and Sheffield United in the space of a week.
Imagine winning those games, including the United one - We could have been sixth in the league table with 2 games in hand by now!
Don't forget the Drogba and lampard penalty incident......
It did happen .
I think it was wigan 7.0 game
That was Drogba wanting the golden boot on the last game of the season.

@@chelsealee8125 yes. But was for another reason entirely. It wasnât to stat pad a penalty for his own sake. Drogba actually had a prize to win. Noni and Jackson do not.

Reece James, Colwill, Nkunku, Lavia, chilwell, are yet to join the team. Future looks bright.

This is soo gooodd
Yeah...the moment we gave sooo much needed by the guy rest and that guy is Enzo the boy Caicedo suddenly come back to live and the whole team never lost control of the game for the whole duration...
I don't care how good by any stats, measures whatever Enzo is and i wish him all the best in the future with some other club, he is simply not good for us on many levels.
And yes, Palmer at the tender age of 21 is showing all signs of a world class player, may this continue for long years wearing our badge.

I know you didn't say this when they drew Burnley and Sheffield.
For your information, if Chelsea won many games against teams in the lower half of the table, they would be comfortably sitting in 4th ahead of Aston Villa. Chelsea has had decent outings against the top teams this season.
@@olukoredefakorede1422 I am saying that struggling to dispatch off the smaller teams is not world class. Beating Everton is not world class especially as you say, they struggle against other bottom feeders.
