Disclaimer: I am anticipating comments about the lack of me mentioning levels such as Haunted Corridor and Gunslinga Corridor in this video, and I would like to address the reason why here. Levels such as these two are not really "remakes" of Death Corridor, as they have entirely separate songs and gameplay, and as such, I don't consider them essential to mention. Levels such as Deadly Corridor were mentioned, however, as Deadly Corridor is an official sequel branded by KaotikJumper. Thanks for understanding :)
Disclaimer #2: There is some misinformation regarding Dr. Joe in the last section of the video, where I say that he got the level via an unlisted copy hack- this never transpired, and in reality, Swiborg simply gave him the copy of the level he had gotten from Kugel. In other words, Dr. Joe never stole the level, despite me portraying it as he did. Again, there were no hard feelings toward any party in that situation at the end of the day anyway, and I apologize to you all and to Joe for spreading false information. It was simply an honest mistake on me and Kugel's behalf, so thank you for understanding.
Death Corridor. One of the most infamous impossible levels to ever touch this game, and also one of the most drama-filled and intense levels story-wise. This levels tale is one of emotion, misfortune, confusion, and determination through all matter. In this video, I take us back in time 5 years ago to when this level was born, all the way up to where the level is today. This extreme demon has one of the most fruitful stories of any level, not only impossible levels, and I really recommend you guys watching this video in its entirety to understand the whole picture. I am very, very proud of my work in this one, and though this might sound intense, I poured my soul into it to make it the most polished it could possibly be, so please enjoy!
(Also, sorry for the low quality footage at some parts, that was what the authentic footage uploaded to CZcams was and it was the best I could get)
(Also also, yes I talk about KugelBlitz a lot in this video, but like I say in it, he is basically the main character of Death Corridor if you will. Pretty much every event in DCs history has Kugel involved, and that's why it seems to be so centered around him. Thanks again for understanding)

Had his verification stolen by a hacker, got multiple finger injuries, had the worst technical issues streak and got cyberbullied multiple times, but still has motivation to play his favorite level.

On the other end, he got picked to verify a level because hardly anyone else was playing it, and has held up the levels verification for 4 years due to stubbornness and personal issues
Kugel gets wayyyy too much hate, but he is so determined and just seems like a really cool person, not to mention he plays on 60hz

Noctafly is the most annoying hacker ever. Somebody like Cyclic or andro, Confessed on their own will, And were actually nice about it. Noctalfy bullied people and lead people to bully a 60hz for not beating it as fast as him. Only confessing because of people backing him into a corner. I hate noctafly.
We all do. Not to mention that he has tried the worst possible way to divert attention, which is to expose other players who are truly legitimate
andro was very nice, not only did he confess at his own will but he legitemately rebeat all of his achievements. Cyclic also confessed at his own will, and he is a legit player now, even though he's not that good. Noctafly only confessed because he had to, and passed it off as a joke.

Kaotik was also having suicidal thoughts. Me and a couple friends had a Discord server about helping people with suicidal thoughts a few years back. He was dealing with a lot of issues, it felt like there were voices telling him to die. I don't have the screenshots, since I left the server, but he also cut himself. We actually stopped him, suprisingly.

Ive been in the GD community for most of 2.1 and during my time in the game ive usually kept up with pretty much all of the big events. Somehow i was completely unaware of the death corridor situation for the whole time it was happening. Thank you for making this video, because without it I would have no idea that any of this was going on.

I understand why you didn't mention Haunted Corridor (even though it was the original sequel to DC and came before Deadly Corridor), I personally prefer it over Deadly Corridor if I'm being honest. While Deadly Corridor uses a later offset of the same song, and has decoration more similar to its predecessor (with the gameplay being fairly similar in some areas), Haunted Corridor is just better in my opinion. I get HC has gameplay and decoration that deviates a lot from the original DC, but remember, you mentioned that Kaotic tried to make the original DC somewhat scary, and Haunted Corridor does that a lot better with its atmosphere and color scheme in my opinion. Deadly Corridor just doesn't live up to what Death Corridor managed to pull off, I just can't stress enough how much I LOVE Haunted Corridor, and the song it uses, and the way it uses that song, despite the fact it's really old.
I can only assume Kaotic wasn't really trying to make Deadly Corridor scary to some extent, but anyhow, I just think Haunted Corridor is better than Deadly Corridor, and I would've preferred it staying as the official sequel. Hell, I'd go for a remake any day. I know there was one in the works at one point, but I'm sure as hell it's just about dead at this point. Other than that, really good video you invested some time into making, I enjoyed it the entire way through. Keep up the good content.

I've been following him for a while, but until about two or three months ago I started watching his videos. And I have loved it, mainly this one. Well, months ago I planned a video talking about Death Corridor summarizing its long history and revealing why the level still does not get stars but this last one, I could not get the answer. Although theories about it. Anyway, I thank you very much because it is a great job and even though I do not speak English (I am from Honduras), I can understand what you are saying, maybe it is because of the desire to always know everything and especially about the GD community. it's actually so nice that you brought attention to all of this injustice that's happened to kugelblitz over the course of these years. I'm normally not the one to sit through GD documentaries but I felt this one, it was almost like reading some kind of a book.

Honestly, I am surprised that this was still a thing. I remember Death Corridor all the way from before I quit Geometry Dash. I remember the song and its level being considered impossible. I have since returned to the game in December and I had no idea this level was really going on. It feels like I was birthed into a community that has so much culture and history behind it. I didn't even know this was alive, but now that I do, I wish KugelBlitz the best of luck on it :)

I spent 22k getting all coins in Nine Circles on mobile and I thought that was a crazy amount. Normally I don't watch videos like this that are this long and just commentary but this caught my eye for some reason. This story wants to make me cry. This was so sad and unfair for Kugel, but I am happy that he got the chance to verify this beast of a level.
I remember the noctafly stuff going down, but I wasnt very well informed on Kugels side of things.

The day Kugel finally verifies this level would for me be a very historical moment in GD history and it would def be in the same level as riot verifying bloodbath, sunix verifying sonic wave, and knobbelboy verifying bloodlust. (P.S. i wasnt playing this game for the majority of 2019-2022 and im just tryna catch up rn so if theres any other historical moments like this, sry for not adding it here)
