Whether you just want to see the New Razer phone reviewed from the inside, or youve already broken your Razer phone, and need to fix something, this video will show how I disassemble my own Razer Phone and assemble it again in working condition.
This video will show a Razer phone screen repair, Charging port replacement and how to remove the Razer phone Battery. For some reason Razer spells their brand with an E instead of an O like a normal Razor. But o well. Still a fun project.

That stretching rubber sound is so satisfying!
Speakers does not distort due to water or for being too small they distort if the input to the amplifier is higher then what the amplifier is capable of which results in a weird squarewave
... Or if they receive a higher voltage than they can handle.
And water increases electrical conductivity, thus reduces resistance thus increases the voltage the speakers receive. Ofc it's not water on the membrane that makes speakers distort, but if water makes it past the membrane and into the circuit, then they can distort.

That is a beast of a phone. I do like the razer company a lot. I have a black widow ultimate 2016 keyboard and love it.
Pro tip: if the adhesive for the battery snaps mid-way, use a Philips 00 screwdriver to wrap the remaining adhesive around the barrel of the screwdriver, then twist to start wrapping it around the barrel as you pull. Comes in super handy for iPhones, too, and prevents excessive bending, heating or possible tearing of the battery pack from prying.
Wow. The disassembly of this is beautiful. Sure it adds a little size to the phone, but I am much happier seeing a phone that looks quite repairable and relatively userfriendly, than an "everything is soldered and proprietary" apple phone.

pity that it requires such close nvidia integration, I know a few electronic subcontractors who would like to take a stab at something like that. Still I suppose you could stream it through a usb or pcie based chip but they your making a windows operable Ipad that can sort of game.
This is my current phone and me and my friend both agree it's one of the best gaming phones and still going strong although about 3 months ago I went and replaced the heat pipe with a brand new one that was even better than copper and I also put some liquid metal on it and it runs even better than ever still going strong

I have had the Razer phone for over a year and so far I am not interested on upgrading phones. Usually every year I like getting a new one but this one is still better than most phones out there

Always, when you spend big bucks on a smartphone always get a case that can protect it, last long, last longer interms of damages (over time too). That's the first thing i did befor i bought xiaomi redmi 5 plus (btw awesome too). But yh loving how the way you'r digging into Razer smartphone.

Still have the Razer Phone as my daily driver and must say it's the most reliable and hassle free phone I've ever used. Absolutely no scratch on the screen and I don't even have a screen protector. But I have a case which means that the body is still in great shape. The only minor complain about the body is the giant speaker grills with the top one attracting a lot of dust. Doesn't heat up at all even under the sun but wish the screen was brighter. Overall a truly good phone. Oreo was a bit problematic but Pie has saved the day. One advise I have for those that upgraded is to do a full factory reset (after back up of course). This would iron out a lot of minor issues.

Anchor Bait why would you want such a shitty phone? Even if it were brand new untouched... the problem with phones that aren’t apple, they throw things in it that are too powerful or not tested long enough and use cheap materials. All making it in poor quality. There is not one phone out there that has the quality of an iPhone. Shit...an iPhone 3g or 3GS feels more quality than this phone or the latest Samsung. Kind of sad when multiple of millions of people would use an iPhone 5-7 years old before a new android based phone.

Bobby G as someone who has owned a S5 for over 5 years and seen my friends break over 8 iphones between them I would have to disagree. Its not always as clear cut as one phone is just tougher. You reference an older iphone model and older phones are in general more durable. My S5 has survived the same things that broke my friends iphone 6 and 7

Have you ever tried using hot glue instead of double sided tape for replacing old tape? I did this on my HTC 10 to glue in the battery, ribbon cables, buttons, and the screen. Worked like a charm.
