A lot of individuals or private developers are doing well by putting up such beautiful structures bt de government is sleeping n the economy is bad . If we have a good economy we will see more n more of such structures
I am not too sure this 'development' in Ghana or anywhere else is great. I have been reading a lot about the Western world and an epidemic of 'loneliness' that they are now making policies and finding ways of combating. High rise buildings and flats like these ones contribute greatly to being by one's self and getting lonely with time. (Do they have places we can pound fufu in these 'living spaces'?)
@@kusibrempong8885 They will clear all the poor people out of the city, and these are the people who will always create inflation and high cost of living through the construction of new edifices and other new developments. Real Estate people everywhere are very selfish and greedy people who always inflate prices for what they claim as maximum profits. 😒

@@joemensah9557 That is the problem. We have allowed the politicians to fool us for so many years that they can provide for our needs, including jobs. That is how they want us to think and depend on them. If we are trained during school to not depend on the government but plan on establishing companies, things will be better for us. We have to renew our thinking as the Bible says and things will transform for us. Never depend on the government for work. Ask yourself if the course you are taking in school will help you be creative employ others. This is critical nowadays.
