I am in favor of having the option to upgrade it or not, but
I am a little bit skeptical about what that system will be capable of doing, though.
I will make my decision after seeing the final resuslts...
There's a lot of speculation about specs just like there was before with the ps4 pro!
We haven't got any official statements from Sony regarding spects or anything.
If its a substancial improvement I'll buy it but if we get stuck with 30 fps and unstable 60 fps I won't bother.
The problem with the PS4 pro was the HDD and the CPU bottleneckneck. PS5 has SSD. Rumors say that PS5 pro will have an even faster SSD. Developers will have access to another 1.2 gb of ram. + PSSR sounds super promising. So I don't think we'll have another PS4 pro situation on our hands.
Well if it is smaller and close to 500 USD then that's a big win.
