This band is one of the most important power-thrash heavy metal band these days. Everything and I mean completely, 100% of their releases are incredible masterpieces. Their live DVD’s are perfection, especially the last one. I don’t have words to describe how much I love this band and these girls. I truly hope that I will be able to see them live as soon as the COVID nightmare ends.
    Cheers from Greece!

I’m 54 years old and I saw Iron Maiden back in the 1970s and LOVEBITES is better 4 years into their career than was Iron Maiden .. I’m so excited to see their future!

    Rising Lyrics:
Failure or pride? The fear deep inside
Success doesn't come with a few empty tries
Fortune and fame, seem easy to claim
But those who've succeeded defeated the pain
Why give up on a life that you love?
Play the game with no shame till the very end
RISE AGAIN - though you're broken and scarred...
You can choose, not to lose, you can build it again!
DON'T LET GO - of what's deep in your heart
You are free to fly, go and change your destiny!
Too late to change? The past will remain
But it's up to you to decide on a name
Glory is not what miracles brought
The path you have taken will lead you the way
Why give up on a life that you love?
Play the game with no shame till the very end
LIVE AGAIN - with the vows in your heart
Even if you get lost in the darkest of nights
DON'T FORGET - that you've made it this far
Show your scars with pride and believe your history...
Sometimes we can't see the light anywhere
Sometimes we don't have our luck in the air
Almost like we've been left by ourselves
I'm alone, you're alone, somewhere in the world
But open your arms, look up and you will see an endless blue sky
I believe, you believe, we will live out today
    So it leads to tomorrow!
RISE AGAIN - though you're broken and scarred
You can choose, not to lose, you can build it again
DON'T LET GO - of what's deep in your heart
You are free to fly, rise above your fate!
LIVE AGAIN - with the vows in your heart
Even if you get lost in the darkest of nights
DON'T FORGET - that you've made it this far
You are free to fly, go and change your destiny!

I definitely get what you're saying, this track really does feel like boss battle music. A lot of power metal does, but this track especially! I love the dueling guitars, and especially the inspiring lyrics about taking control of your own life!

I really like this band most from all those asian girl metal bands. If I'd have to choose between Babymetal, Band-Maid and Lovebites to go to a concert, then I'd definitely go for the lovely girls and talented musicians from Lovebites, the other bands are not really my cup of tea. This song grabbed me and now I need more !!! Thank you for the great reaction sweet friend! 🖤🖤🖤🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

I would agree, Frits - although Band-Maid's new songs are heavier than ever. Did you know that the drummers of both bands are good friends? I think a little of Haruna has rubbed off on Akane. Her drumming of late is INSANE.

  • @HorrorMetalMaestroRedrusty66

Such an inspirational song, one of my favs, Metal Godz of Light. Their white outfits are their style. Proud member of The Wolf Pack since 2017 when knocked to the floor by their first single release Don't Bite the Dust, have bought everything ever since, they are in my blood. Best Metal band to come out in 30+ years since Maiden/Priest. And you've seen nothing yet. Asami is a phenomenal singer, perfect for power metal, she does have a accent but a fan gets use to it very quick, I understand every word she says.

thank you for reacting to these five amazing ladies. elegant, sensitive and brutal at the same time they can be. such a huge amount of talent: unstoppable haruna on drums, bandleader miho on bass thunders so powerful. guitargodesses M&M shred like there is no tomorrow (miyako also is a master pianoplayer) and last , but not least the fantastic fairy asami on vocals. you see, I´m totally biased. please allow me to make some more recommendations:

Thank you for more LOVEBITES! No other band quite like them, musically or lyrically. An uplifting experience. Haruna?! I practice my dbl-kick skills with every listen/viewing, including this one. Maybe some day...
Her fills, accents & transitions are unsurpassed, imo, as is everything about this band.
The solos are more of trading-off sections while following a common melody-line than "dueling guitars". They are a team in collaboration, not in competition, more obvious with their duets that often follow the individual solos. Unity is a common theme in their lyrics. For a quite different song of theirs, "Under The Red Sky": czcams.com/video/KChT0QfuhKE/video.html
This has an extremely unique-to-the-Japanese-people inspiration. Re-subscribed for more LOVEBITES!

Oh Tauri, you just made a very bad mistake there, these gorgeous ladies are so much better than dragon force, they are incomparable to any band out there, so please don't compare. dragon force only knows one style of music and Lovebites has a wide range of styles or genres. These wonderful ladies have brought back many to the styles of the '70s and '80s back after a hiatus of many years.
