In case this wasn't clear - you can't use calculator in a 'prometric' centre. Really cool though, thanks.
That’s exactly why I made this video eons ago...because calculators are prohibited when taking a test 😎

THANKYOU I JUST UNDERSTOOD WITHIN 5 SECONDS COMPARED TO AN HOUR IN A GODDAMN LECTURE!
I think I love you! Hex to decimal and we get binary in the process all while not having to use a calculator.
Subscribed.
Sus
Need more instructors like this guy. Easy to follow and he practically drills it into your head. Thanks for the tip!
Ohmygod! My weeks of lecture only worth what about 4 minutes or so?
They should teach this way seriously. It's more efficient.
Thank you sire for this wonderful tutorial.
I think I'm confident enough to do my exams tomorrow.
Did you pass?
Yes I did. Thank you!!
All this power condensed in 4 minutes... Just amazing!
That’s all it takes!
Thanks for heading right to the point and keeping it straightforward!
Gotta another subscriber!
People like you, are the ones that make the internet the most valuable tool nowadays.
this is almost the same way my digital electronics lecturer taught me. It was so simple. I'm glad I found your video because I needed a quick recap on hexadecimal/ binary conversions!
THANK YOU!!!!
Our teacher lets us use a calculator but converting a hex to decimal is such an immense pain, and with so much room for error.
Thanks Andy!...but you won't be able to use a calculator in a certification exam.
I’m learning this for the first time.
My mind is blown.
Great job
What a great video, feels like the information is being slapped into my face
I love how enthusiastic you are
Thanks for showing ,these few minutes have been of huge benefit for me.

I love this guy! The walls in my school are super thin in certain classrooms so it would be amazing for some other class to just keep hearing stuff like, "WE'VE ALSO GOT THE BINARY"! This video helped me a lot, thank you so much.
Thank you so much, i have been having trouble getting around the hex numbers since this semester started, i have a final in about 6 hours and i finally got this, life saver!
I'm actually really surprised I understood that so well. Now I'm more confident to not use a calculator. Thanks

Subbed. About to take a final exam in Networking and this vid is EXTREMELY helpful. Thanks!!
***** turn the Decimal into Binary, break it up into sections of 4, use the appropriate Bit values for HEX (i.e.: 8 4 2 1 | 8 4 2 1) and then add the #'s where the binary bits are on.
The Networking Doctors one more
