Nissan Hardbody Exhaust Manifold Swap

-1996 Nissan Hardbody
-My truck was getting a bad reading (and had a major crack in the existing exhaust manifold) so it’s time to be replaced. Not too difficult of a job but the feeling afterwards is rewarding.

How did you take the metal hose off? That’s on the side of the manifold.

This was pretty difficult. A while ago I discovered cans of PB Blaster, whenever I have a (what looks to be seized) or rusted bold/screw I spray some of that liquid on. I either used a crescent wrench, channel locks, or either a pipe wrench. I can’t remember if I had much trouble maneuvering the manifold out with the hose just kinda in the way but I had a lot of finagling. I hope this helps a little bit
