Possible apparition, reminiscent of Poltergeist movie spirit!

Possible apparition manifestation. I find this very compelling. What do you think?! Our friend the homeowner says the PK energy has gone through the roof ever since bulldozer ground construction activity across the way. We suspect a possible spirit portal forming due to PK energy surge. She says it's been like Grand Central Station ever since construction across the way. She says there's always been a little bit of activity but that it's gone up a lot recently, says that smudging and cleansing helps but never gets rid of it completely. Thoughts?
