I am going to keep it a buck. Most Americans also feel that a lot of Africans have bad body odor, especially Nigerians. I personally think that it's the smell of their food coming out of their pores, or from wearing their clothes too many times before washing. At least that's what it smells like. I was in a meeting with Nigerians and I was the only American. I was the only person who was having breathing problems. I asked that they open the door, but they wanted to keep the meeting private. So I excused myself, as I could not take the stinch. Even my Nigerian friend who came to the US 10 years ago talks visiting her home and realizing that a lot of the people have bad body odor.

You’re making a lot of unfounded claims here. When it comes to food, Africans have the best food. They eat organically, not lab grown foods like America and some part of Europe, so food is out of the question.
What I was expecting you to mention is discrimination. Many people discriminate Africans, simply because they’re not from the same race. But as usual, where there’s suffering and pain and humiliation, it’s always freedom and rejoicing that follows.

@@Oyzatt Sir, why do you think black Americans fight for equality's been on going for centuries? If Africans were doing the same we all might have won the battle by now. But Africans are so hateful towards one another they cannot progress. At least black Americans stuck together long enough to win civil rights for themselves and people all over the world. Saying that someone smell is being honest. I was giving Africans a way out. But since you think your food is the best in the world, I guess that means that Nigerians need to be introduced to soap/water and deodorant, because I can factually tell you that I have ran across a lot of bad smelling Africans, especially Nigerians

Everyone stinks. But deodorant makes a difference. Truly speaking, west Africans do bath.. but they don’t use deodorant at all… i study with them, I introduced a roll on to him, he said it is for women…
Im from South Africa, you won’t go a day without a roll on. You can bath 10x but still an armpit doesn’t care.

Some have a very distict natural odor. I don't always smell good either. Ive had some stinky timeframes in my lifetime. Hormones play a role. Like if i need deodorant its the week before my cycle, I get pit smells that week and the rest of the month not so much. I am a smoker and people who hate the smell of cigarettes dont like my odor.

I have been fortunate to be exposed to persons from different parts of the world. All peoples who do not bathe regularly, or wear clean clothes, will offend, white, black, yellow or brown. It's a human thing.

Sometimes it ain’t the odor but rather the appearance. Certain hairstyles that we blacks wear can appear unattractive and not well maintained, causing people to believe that we do not care about our hygiene. Some women wear bad hair weaves, some men have extremely dry hair that is unkept. Just maintain a simple, clean hairstyle and everything will be ok.❤

I can tell if there's a big rift at my job at Amazon between the actual Africans and the African-Americans they don't get along at all it's very weird to see it just the other day the one African was yelling at the one she was saying that she's oh I'm African-American I'm an African too and he's like no you're not you can't even speak to me speak you don't even know our language I was like yo this is not happening right now I was like this is something out of like a movie skitter a comedy skit I'm like what the hell I was cracking up I can actually say to that none of the Africans that work with smell bad they always have nice cologne on and even as we're sweating and working like dogs
