Hi Funky Berlin, may I ask you smth? I saw you using the JX8 as well as the JD8. I already use a moog32, a TB03 and TR09 and do acidish technoish stuff but I want to buy now a synth for leads and pads with integrated sequencer and it should be small, so I thought of JX8 or JD8 or perhaps JU06 (boutiques) perhaps also the Roland SE02 - is there one under these 4 where you would say it is definitely useful for Einsteiger or/and one which you wouldn't recommend? - and my aim is also not buy a second other one one for leads and so one, keep the set up small. Among the 4 synths you have mentioned I would pick the JX-08 in your place. It just sounds amazing, specially the pads, and it’s easy to handle. The JD-08 requires quite some knowledge but might be the most powerful machine compared to the other ones. The JU-06 should be fun too, haven’t seen it yet and the SE-02 is the real thing, an analog synth that might be perfect for techno lead sounds, no easy decision! Cheers

It's a Mackie 1604 but I am not using it in this session, signal goes straight into Motu Audio Interface and is processed in Ableton Live.
