    Great video Ashlyn. When the 2290 showed up I thought Wow he even included a Case tractor, he must be warming up. Then the 2294 and another and another, they just kept coming! I lost count. You did my late father who worked for Case proud, thanks for that. Can’t imagine how long it took to stick all those drone shots together but you did a fantastic job. Farmers feeding the world….Thank You all.

    Well you did it again Ashlyn! Another masterpiece of a video! Every time I pass by a field here in rural western NC, look out into the field, and see a big green tractor at work I think about you guys and every time I pass by a field where the tractors once did their work and see it being paved and condos going up my heart cries!

    I have gained a ton of information about how our food is produced and I have to say the magnitude and ability of the equipment that is used amazes me. Through following the farmers I have also gained a deep appreciation of all of the hard work our farmers do in order to put food on our tables. We here in the Erie, Pa area are not in a large farming area, but we do have hundreds of acres of corn and soybeans. I used to pass by the fields and not even give a thought as to how it came to grow there and what happened to it when it was harvested. I now notice each field as i pass by and appreciate what it means and think of the farmers that I follow. This was a fantastic video and thanks to you and your fellow farmers for the great drone footage. May 2024 be a year of prosperity for you all.

    Any jaw droppingly fantastic video. From the very first over the top frame of the 3 tractors coming headlong toward the camera I knew I was in for something special. I didn't even want to blink during the rest of the video. Every time I see one of these, I just hope it is as good as past videos and yet somehow you find a way surpass previous work. You have an amazing eye for filming and editing. You show the equipment, land, crops in ways few others can match. These videos never get old.

    If the farmers who came to Lancaster County two hundred and seventy-five years ago had adopted the fence row to forest monoculture that is being practiced currently there wouldn't be enough soil left to cover the rocks.

      Interesting video to make this comment. I haven't watched the video again to make sure, but I don't remember seeing a plow or a conventional disc harrow or chisel plow being used. The mostly notill and very minimal vertical tillage practices in this video have resulted in the most stable and productive souls in the last hundred years. In fact there used to be a picture on the wall of Lancaster conservation district of a field that had to be farmed between the gutters. Gutters you could hide a mule in. New owners in the 30's adopted contour farming and generations since, no-till. And in this video you can watch a bountiful harvest of those same slopes. The topsoil is still thin, but it is treasured and protected by those who depend on it.

      @r.scotthill3082 Před 6 měsíci +1

      But where are the contour strips of 90 ft. or less?. Where is the crop rotation with its multiple years of sod building perennials? A single crop is planted on all available slopes and when it is harvested the soil is bare without protection from erosion till the next crop reaches a certain growth stage and that usually is corn which even without tillage is certainly not erosion proof. Almost all is stripped bare for silage and again unprotected till the winter cereal achieves a certain growth. This repeated year after year in the name of MORE TONNAGE! @@joelharnish7429

    Ashlyn, my friend I don’t know what to say first!!..,You knocked this one “out of the park!!!” Seriously!! I don’t know what moved me the most, the incredible music or all of those great shots!! You definitely out-did yourself on this one!! Cool to see other farmers/farms involved too. It’s PA Ag. at the end of the day, right? Great job by all!! I don’t know if you did it on purpose or not, but I felt like you paired the music with the certain scenes. Am I right? Nonetheless AWESOME, OUTSTANDING, YEAR END video!!!! “Thank you to yourself, your family and all the R.D. Workers for all you do, to keep your dairy farm up and running so graciously!!!” It’s a blessing. Looking forward to those larger shirts 😎God Bless.
