chocolate cookies

There are a million recipes for biscuits and in each one they say they are the best of all.
I, no less, claim without a doubt that mine are the best of all (hehehee) and put you to the test.
Under the holidays it is pure enjoyment, at all times happiness in the familia.
What occasion is there to gather around a table and knead some cakes?
Well it's time to start....
Ingredients for about twenty biscuits (large)
170g dark chocolate bar (medium)
50ml peanut oil
20gr of bitter cocoa
Some QVP glazed sugar (as much as you like)
25ml water
100gr sugar
One teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
Oven at 180° ventilated for 14/15°.
