I would gladly appreciate it if you could grant my request sir for a 8x10 2 storey house with laundry on the rooftop, garage on the left side pref w/ space in front and has a gate.Living, T&B and dining on the ground, with a slightly open dirty kitchen at the back where you can cook using woods, and has wash area.On the next floor is 3 bed rooms w/ terrace at front.
The house will be build at the outskirts of the city, pref highland areas like baguio city..im not good w/ #'s, im not sure if the size i gave could fit, your good at it so, its all yours sir..you can revise it..thank you so much..!!😅😉👌

I love your works, and really like how you maximize all the spaces. I would also want to request a longhouse 4m or 4.5m x 10m with,
- only 2 floors
- garage for 1 car
- (garage, livingroom, dining room are on the 1st floor)
- 2 toilet/bath (each floor have 1 T/B)
- 3 bedrooms (1 master and 2 single)
- protruding front and back mini balcony
kase we have small lot pero wala ako ganto specs makita online. gusto ko pakita sa parents ko an pwede patayuan ganyan na specs ng bahay sa lupa namin. hahaha

Then in the ground floor serves as parking and laundry area. 1st floor is the living area, kitchen and powder room. 2nd floor where the 3 bedrooms and T&B. I like the designs, I also got a small lot with the following dimensions, front is 11 meters, rear 11 meters , right side 12.42 meters, and left side 11.54 meters. I’m planning to construct three typical units of 3.67 meter frontage. Ground level will be used as garage, second floor will be living,dining, kitchen & T&B, then third floor 2 bedrooms, roof deck will be additional bedroom, laundry, T&B, just wanting to know cost per unit

Door is placed on the right side when you are facing the house. Upon entering, stairs is in the right side going up to second floor. Also on the first floor, right side after the stairs is my comfort room.
Bedroom will be placed on 2nd floor with no partions and good for 5pax. And hoping there is a balcony.
