@@compass9029 hello po. Sana po pwede makapag pagawa po ng plan pero wag po mahal. 6x10 sqm po. Gusto ko po sana na may 1BR din sa baba, carport at Bar area, kung kaya po sana na sa unahan may konting space para s konting halaman or groto. Sa palibot may konting konti allowance po ang lote para hnd dikit sa kapitbahay. Sa 2nd floor sana po may balcony, 2 kwarto ang masters BR po sana ay merong access na pinTo rin sa CR at merong hiwalay n closet para sa mga hindi palagi nagagamit. And CR po sana ay may bath tub ( either yung sa taas or baba) at parehong kwarto ay may access na pinto sa balcony. Sana po mapagbigyan nyo po aq. Maraming salamat po.

5x15 lot area, yung pwede maka park isang car and kunting slot sa front for the plants ni Mama, isang room po sa ground floor na katabi ng CR kase oldies na sila, laundry and dirty kitchen po sa may likod/labas ng bahay, 3 bedrooms with balcony po sa 2nd floor, modern design, gray/white/light brown po yung theme. No firewall, naka fence po yung buong area.
This will help a lot po kase napagod na kami kaka-brainstorm ni Mama hehe

Your design rocks!!! Can I also please request a design for 4.25x13 meters, 3-storey house? If possible, the stairs on the 1st floor is in the right-front side exterior of the house with carport in the left side and a computer shop on the other half of the 1st floor. The entrance of the computer shop will be beside the house since there is a perpetual right of way in this area. There are living and dining rooms, kitchen with bar, indoor stairs going to the 3rd floor, 2 or 3 bedrooms and T&B for everybody's use on the 2nd floor. While the 3rd floor nests the split-type loft beds (separated by stairs in the middle) for guests, below the loft beds are home office for two persons, room/space for musical instruments and gym equipments and a balcony with a small resting area (i.e., chair with swing and coffee table). i like the layout! but that downstairs lighting would be rough to manage. You burn out a bulb and you have to call a service to get it changed.

The cabinets in 2:05 will be placed better on the right side I think.
Kase medyo prone to accident kung may nakahiga then may kumukuha ng gamit sa kabinet ,panu kung may mahulog.
Then you need to step on to the bed just to get something in the cabinet. Un lang

Sana gawa po kayo 150 square meter (for sampaloc area) ground floor parking, outdoor kitchen, all of them are under the 2nd floor, then on next floor or 2nd floor. Open area for kitchen, dining area and living room with balcony, then 3rd floor 1 master bedroom with fullmaster bathroom with his own laundry room and balcony, 3 floor another 2 to 3 bedroom…thanks

Ang gaganda po ng mga designs nyo, hopefully po if pwede po parequest ng loft tyoe house design, nsa 12 ft po lapad at 27 ft haba ng lot. May alloted 2 meters sa harapan bago ung bahay for the laundry area side. Then one side (left side) lang po ung may avail na lagyan ng bintana and or exaust, then my maliit na bedroom dn po sa baba khit kasya lang isang single bed then isang T&B. Then sa taas po open lang po na bed room. Sana po mapansin nyo po ito. Malaking psasalamat ko if magawa nyo po. Maraming salamat po.

1 master BR with toilet & bath, workarea, enough storage, inside the room have a way going to the small balcony.
